Super happy with our stay, we had beautiful weather. Walking distant from beach and shopping complex. Perfect place to stay. Will surely be back in the future.

The view was beautiful. Peaceful, quiet location. Kitchen was handy. Clean bathroom.

This is a fantastic AirBnB to stay in. Across the road from stunning Main beach. Jo is an excellent host, and has a lovely apartment. Loads to do with kids in Merimbula, and I would recommend Jo’s place to anyone.

Luxurious stay with my wife at sunset views. The sunsets are stunning! The place is pretty much new and is very spacious but lovely and cosy at the same time. Everything was spotless. Lovely, very comfortable king bed with beautiful linen. Towels were big and soft. High quality TV and sound. Everything you want for a great fews days away. Jeanette was a fantastic host and even allowed us early check in and extra late check-out. Thanks so much 😊

Amazing location directly across from the park and beach, with the pub down the road. very easy check in, the kids loved the provided toys to play with after the very long drive.

Pictures don't do Janette's place justice - Everything was immaculate and we really loved staying here! A lot of little touches throughout the home like the bed heater made the whole place very comfy and it was greatly appreciated. Janette was responsive and very helpful as well.

We loved the interior of the unit, outside needs improving. Sofia was very nice helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Access to beach could not be better.

It was such a delightful trip! The entire house felt warm and welcoming, and the huge backyard gave my dog the perfect holiday too. I absolutely loved the bedding — it was incredibly soft and comfortable. Best of all, there was an awesome sound system in the living room that made our stay even more fun. If I return to Phillip Island, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Unpretentious older house about a 5 min drive into Cowes. Private access to beach. Wallabies and birds came up to the back fence for a feed. Possums ate our Easter eggs in the backyard on Easter Sunday morning egg hunt! We loved Richard’s house. It has a great vibe and plenty of space for three kids, five adults and our dog. Kids loved the table tennis. It was good to be away from the crowds in the Main Street. Beautiful walks along the beach which was so accessible. Richard and crew were great to communicate with.

Matt & Talal's home is beautifully furnished, smelt gorgeous on arrival and very clean. We enjoyed the projector, the outside furnishings on the deck were great to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. Close walking distance to the back beach, walkable to cafes and nice quiet street. We loved the extra details around the property that really elevated the entire vibe and enjoyment. Lovely soaps, hair care and oil burners are the extra little things that make a stay really enjoyable. The linen was so cozy and doona was super warm! Kitchen and laundry were well equipped, great coffee machine, laundry was easy to use and washer & dryer was fantastic! Overall super aesthetic home that is well looked after!

We stayed at Maria’s place for two nights, hoping to get a breath of fresh air away from our busy, hectic city life—and it was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, while the adults could relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful sounds and sights of beautiful birds chirping all around. The setting was serene, calming, and exactly what we needed. Couldn’t have asked for more!

We have stayed here twice and are already planning our next trip. Place is across the road from the beach and great walking tracks. We have stayed here with a 7 year old child and again as a group of friends. This place suits both types of situations perfectly. Highly recommended.

I loved Merelle’s stunning light filled and perfectly decorated mid century beach house and wish I could have stayed forever! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay from the well equipped and stocked kitchen to the comfortable chairs in the sitting room around the fireplace , canoes /kayaks and beach chairs , washing machine/dryer and old hills hoist and outdoor setting as well as a functional yard for our dog. She has incredible style from the beautiful linen to the retro furnishings and is very eco friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with, responsive and friendly and very generous with early check in and late check out without even having to ask. And the area has so much to offer / so much to see and do on the Peninsula all within a half hour drive. I will be back for sure! Thank you Merelle 😁

Steve and Erin’s place was so beautiful. It was cosy and peaceful. Waking up to a large field of grass watching the cows graze in the morning was so tranquil especially coming from city living! The beach is just a stone’s throw away as well and there are lots of places you can drive to for the day. We had such a great weekend in Seaspray, we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back for our next road trip. Thanks Steve and Erin!

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

This was a great cosy little place ideal for our stopover at Sandy point. The hosts Jaime and Judy were both a delight to deal with and made our stay extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Easy access into St Kilda and tram into city centre. Hayley was very responsive to any questions pre stay and during. Lots of additional unexpected extras left to eat/ drink and use which is always greatly appreciated when travelling. Would throughly recommend for a short or longer stay. Would suggest a few more serving dishes needed. Shower and bath great, just be aware water comes out very, very hot! Thank you Hayley- a perfect Air B&B and have already recommended to friends- just hope you have availability! Margie& Andy

Louise’s place is the type of my dream house- so cozy, beautiful and carefully designed. Everything is ao lovely and feels like home, my baby loves the toys and cards in the house. The yard is beautiful too, there are cute things everywhere and my baby would like to say hi to the mushroom everyday day☺️. Unfortunately the weather was not great, so we spent more time enjoyining this beautiful house. Really wish it could be at least 1 sunny day so we can enjoy the beauty side of lakes entrance. House is generally clean - the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom is . The only suggestion i would had to make it more perfect is if new sponge and rag could be provided(those one time usage for kitchen) , this could be ideal for me who is very particulate on the cleanness. As the sponge left from previous guest is a bit dirty and same for the used rag that Louise’s friends. I need to wash a few times before I feel comfortable to use. But still I would like to give it a 5 star!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

Loved being able to walk across the road to the beach and not too far to supermarket and cafes. Loved the backyard with lots of birds in the trees - unexpected nature so close to a highway and that it was pretty quiet.
