We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Outside, there's an undercover Gas BBQ.

Recently refurbished, and walking distance Healesville town centre, The Little Valley Shed, started life as a humble country garage, it has been thoughtfully reinvented as a cosy living space, perfect for a couples retreat or family getaway Nestled in a quiet residential area street, you'll find everything you need to to enjoy a peaceful sanctuary during your Yarra Valley escape The guesthouse is equipped with a large master bedroom, a spacious living area, with twin bunks perfect for kids.

The Bird and Bike

This little flat, built into the end of our shed, is simple but quirky. Don't expect all brand spanking new plates and cutlery from Ikea - we've upcycled almost everything (except linen and towels). Set 30 metres from the main house, you'll have privacy to come and go as you please, but we love a chat if you do too! We're on 5 acres. Birdlife is right outside your door (- often including our chickens!). We're ten minutes walk from a beautiful estuary beach and 4km from Marlo township.

Relax at our unique, tranquil and private cottage! Located on the edge of town. 15 min walk to restaurants,cafes and shopping. Close to Lake Guthridge, Aqua Energy gym and pool, Sale Botanic Gardens and Wetlands. Walking and bicycle tracks near by, perfect if you are wanting to explore the area. kitchenette with microwave, air fryer, toaster & kettle. Outdoor bbq area with a side burner. Private courtyard & fire pit! Private entrance. Ideal romantic getaway or longer stay for workers😊

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Quiet self-contained unit with abundant bird life

Our peaceful property is a quaint self contained unit which is separate from the main house and has bush views. Please note that we have recently changed our house rules and for safety and suitability reasons we no longer accept bookings with children. We also cannot accommodate pets. Please note that WiFi connection is poor inside the unit but ok on covered deck. No charging of EV permitted but there are two stations in town that we can ferry you too if we are available.

Set on a charming, very quiet and private property at the end of a cul-de-sac only 4 mins to Woolworths supermarket and 10 mins from the beach and Mornington Main St. The property has beautiful views of the Balcombe Creek pristine bushland and all of the Mornington Peninsula wineries, natural parks and attractions are at your door step.
