Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene location. Perfect for that couples or family ski weekend get away. It’s a comfortable walk to the ski hill about 3 blocks. Two story chalet with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and one bathroom on main level and tv and games area up in the loft. In the basement of the chalet there is a mother-in-law apartment that has a seperate exterior entrance and is occasionally occupied by the owner.
