This was my second stay at the host’s place and definitely not the last! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. Highly recommend – a great experience once again!

Dimitrios was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and communication was fast. He went over and above to make our stay perfect. The apartment has a wonderful corner view and was very comfortable. Waking up to that view ever morning was fantastic. It is on the water front with bars and restaurants at your feet. It can be a little nosy at night as your right on the main strip which we loved but just keep that in mind if your a light sleeper. They offered free parking in a car park close by which was a great to have. We recommend this place and can’t wait to be back.

Our stay at this lovely house in Cyprus was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. We appreciated the recommendations from our host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed, which truly enhanced our experience. This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Andreas was a super host, helpful with questions and information even before we got to larnaca, when we arrived Andreas was there to meet and greet us and gave us a bottle of wine and 3 bottles ofwater a very nice gesture and welcome,if we had any questions Andreas was allways there to help, The apartment was perfect, clean, tidy and comfortable, the balcony was totally amazing,But the view was fantastic unbelievable, The apartment is walking distance to the beach the bus stop and laranca town all within a 5 minutes of the apartment, great restaurants, good food ,friendly people, the beach was lovely and clean ,all in all the perfect hoilday, I will definitely be going again to laranca and definitely staying at Andreas apartment, top man, top apartment, I recommend it to anybody,

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

Responderede meget hurtigt ved at komme tilstede ved behov. Ved indtjekningen var der endda sørget for lidt forkælelse i form af en flaske vin på bordet, vand og brød samt lidt slik. Udendørsarealerne var meget pæne og rene, herunder poolen som blev rengjort under opholdet. Jacuzzien var opvarmet ved ankomst og der var havemøbler og solsengen til 12 personer. Den lovede gangsti førte direkte ned til stranden og en badebro.

Andreas' Villa is a very nice House. It looks exactly, like in the pictures, everything as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again <3. Liked the occasional cat visits ;-). We even got an inbetween cleaning for free (we stayed 10 days) which we really appreciated, never had that in an air bnb. We recommend a car to get around the island, many nice things in short driving distance. A pre-saisonal visit is recommended too, not too many people everywhere. And last, but certainly not least: Andreas is a top host! Always very fast in answering, very welcoming host, even got a lasagna form for me,as I asked, if there is one and it wasn't. Overall: We recommend this place to everyone

Other than there not being much hot water for showers, the property was very nice and location is great for a relaxing holiday by the beach.

This is our second time staying with Themida. Although we stayed at another accommodation, the experience was still the same. EXCELLENT! The level of hospitality is unmatched! The hosts are so friendly and helpful and the apartment is spotless! Again, we cannot fault anything about staying here and when we return to Cyprus - we will deliberately seek to stay with Themida again because we love staying with them so much Thankyou again for having us Love from Jordan and Kemmy

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

We came as a family of four (kids 7 and 10 y old). The House was very spacious and clean with a modern interior design. The pool was in very good shape and had just the perfect size. The owners were very friendly and always helpful and we even did spend some time together. There are grocery stores around the corner and some beaches/bays can be easily reached by foot. All in all we all had a great time in Protaras and we will definitely will come back one day.

We recently stayed at this wonderful villa in Cyprus and had an absolutely perfect holiday with our 8 month old son. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the owners, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and even before we had arrived. The villa itself was beautifully set up, especially great for families with children as everything we needed for our son was there for our use, Maria had thought of everything! The location was ideal, just a short walk from stunning beaches and convenient shops, as well as lovely restaurants. We enjoyed daily beach outings and easy access to local amenities, making our stay both relaxing and hassle-free. Overall, this villa provided us with everything we needed for a memorable and enjoyable family holiday. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Cyprus! The place was in a nice location with wonderful view to the sea. The beach was in a walking distance. There were shops and restaurants nearby. The communication with the host was great. I highly recommend the apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy little house! It was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was a big plus. I especially loved the outdoor spaces—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. The host was always friendly and communication was easy. Highly recommend! 🌊🏡✨

We have just spent a week at Katrina’s beautiful home celebrating mine and my husband’s 50th birthdays with our family. The Villa is spacious, our son and his fiancée are expecting their first baby and the bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for them. The pool is a lovely size and we all spent a lot of time in. The Villa is in a great location close to all amenities. We plan to book again, and next time have our first grandchild with us 😍 We highly recommend Dream Beach Villa.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is located in a quiet area, yet still within walking distance to the sea, which was perfect for us. There was plenty of space, and the rooms were very convenient and comfortable. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, making everything super easy and enjoyable. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
