The comfy beds are memory foam and the bathrooms are both updated. Skip the game day/concert traffic and opt for an easy walk. We are located 0.8 miles from State Farm Stadium.

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. It includes a fridge, microwave, hotplate, toaster oven and Keurig in our equipped kitchenette. It also features a king bed, full bath, great lighting, sitting area, 50-inch TV and a desk. The studio is attached to our house, but you will have a reserved parking space, a separate entrance, and extra sound insulation to enjoy privacy for work or relaxation.
