With an amazing 1300 sq. ft. of home and 1300 sq deck with amazing views, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths that sleeps up to 6 guests. THE CABIN Enjoy this clean, mountain -eclectic designed cabin with geothermal heating and central ac. The home has internet access and tv.

In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

Enjoy access to the Lakes Basin Recreation area offering hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming and fishing. This area is know for hundreds of miles of trails and over 30 lakes within a 15 mile air radius. The Graeagle/Clio area is perfect for golfers offering six courses to choose from.

PLEASE NOTE: There are TIGHT STEEP STAIRS INSIDE OF THE HOME, as well as STEEP STAIRS OUTSIDE to get into the home from either entrance. WINTER - 4WD & CHAINS REQUIRED. We have the driveway plowed professionally and you will be responsible for shoveling the stairs and deck during your stay.
