We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. This modern 3 bedroom beach home is very comfortable and well suited to couples or families with children, a great place to getaway for a holiday to relax and enjoy the beach life. Beach access is only 130m or 2 Min walk. Can hear the ocean crashing on the beach. Local general store is approx. 6 min walk. Wonderful wildlife in the area, Kangaroos, Wombats, Koalas and beautiful birds. Our property has an EV Wall charger if you have an EV.

With 2 queen beds and 1 set of single bunks with quality bed linen, towels and linen because you want those feel good vibes whilst on holidays.
