You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here. A short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and grocery store. There's also an incredible gym called Muscle Beach that's only 1 block away where you can buy day passes.
