Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a BBQ pit and a Firepit. Wi-Fi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!

Welcome to our 1905 home in downtown Victoria. Enjoy a king master bedroom and two queen bedrooms, all with very comfortable mattresses. Relax in the spacious living room, play board games in the game room. The balcony is off the master bedroom, with street views is perfect for nighttime conversations and hangouts. Your stay supports the preservation of this historic 1905 Victorian home and contributes to the local community. The house has new siding, windows and insulation done in 2025

Whether you’re observing our working cattle pens, catching fish or enjoying your morning cup of coffee on the covered deck, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay here. Relaxing , peaceful area!Cozy cottage with coastal theme , private fenced yard, screened porch near Goose island state park .Perfect for birders and wade or kayak fishing. Whooping cranes ( Oct.-April) and 400 species of birds migrate and live in the area . Deer roam freely . Fishing and boat ramps along the water. State park is a peaceful walk. Rockport a short 9 miles ,lovely drive. No hammock at this time.
