Der weiß lackierte Holzboden lässt den Raum durch die Sonne erstrahlen. Ein spanischer Kleiderschrank bietet Platz für sämtliche Kleidung. Der schön geschnitzte Schminktisch eignet sich sehr gut als Schreibtisch. Die 24qm große Wohnküche mit Balkon zum Garten, hat eine gemütliche Essecke für 6 Personen. Die Küche wird gerne als Begegnungsstätte genutzt.

And nothing says Kreuzberg Cafe more than a frothy oat milk, which I always keep on hand and you can use as much of as you like to make gourmet coffees at home as well. Our apartment is peaceful, centrally located, a 5 minute walk to the U8 or U1 Ubahns. Looking forward to having you!

This newly refurbished two-floor flat in Neukölln, near Maybachufer, is remarkably quiet yet closed to various restaurants, bars and markets. The apartment spans 70m2 and features a kitchen, a bathroom, and a combined living and sleeping room on the first level (4th floor). The attic level (5th floor) has an open working space, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a bedroom. It is filled with natural light, and well-suited for shared living arrangements. There is no lift.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Das Fenster hat sowohl einen Vorhang als auch ein Rollo. Es gibt in der Nähe Busverbindungen (2 Minuten zu Fuß) und die S-Bahn Verbindung Treptower Park (7 Minuten zu Fuß) mit einer direkten Verbindung zum Flughafen Schönefeld (S 9).

The flat (bathroom and kitchen) is shared. The guest room offers a comfortable queen-size bed for your stay. Sometimes I work from home and so I am at place during that times. I am happy to assist in what ever matter. Otherwise I let up on you.
