An ideal place to relax or to be adventurous. We are located perfectly to give you great access to the beautiful, unspoilt fells, lakes, rivers, tarns and coastline the area has to offer. Situated in a quiet village, a recently refurbished cottage 3 miles from Keswick, which boasts picturesque views onto Skiddaw Range and other surrounding fells The pathway leading up to Whinlatter is adjacent, ideal for lovely walks and countless cycle routes. For relaxation there are lots of pubs, cafés, restaurants and other fun activities, sights and Lake walks nearby the cottage Situated only 300 metres from the property is a bus route, with other transport methods listed in the cottage

Perfectly placed to enjoy village life but close to popular sites including Muncaster Castle, Scafell, Englands highest mountain, many fells and the stunning Wastwater, the deepest lake. Miles of sand dunes on peaceful beaches are a mere 5 minutes away. Mill is a modern cosy retreat & a great base to enjoy the magic of the Lakes

A romantic, stylish and cosy cottage for two in the beautiful Lake District National Park, half a mile from the shores of Lake Windermere and a 20 minute drive from Junction 36 of the M6. We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

Situated directly on the banks of the picturesque River Duddon, surrounded by the National Park Southern Fells. The cottage has been renovated with views in mind, the lounge being on the first floor with vaulted ceiling, picture windows and cosy log burner. Stylish kitchen, traditional shower room, spacious utility area and private parking for two cars.

The King George pub is only a minute walk away, serving lovely home cooked food and real ale. The Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, known locally as “La’al Ratty” is only a ten minute walk from the cottage. Eskdale Stores is open daily. The cottage itself has been recently renovated and has a secure garden with lovely views, ideal dogs.
