Spring & fall bring chilly evenings - perfect for indoor relaxation. Cardinal Cottage is a lakeside cozy home with a spacious yard, beautiful lake views, sandy beach, and chill vibe. Three kayaks and a paddle boat are available for use in warmer months, as well as a Mr. Steak gas grill, fire pit, and outside dining set. The lake is calling!

Welcome to the Loon's Nest, a renovated lakefront bungalow w/bunkhouse that includes FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock from May through October. Situated on on 2 large lots w/private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis in front, as well as private pond out back filled year-round w/wildlife. Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. It's an all-sports lake w/excellent fishing year-round.

Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

On this private, all-sports lake, outside watercrafts are not allowed per county guidelines but we offer two kayaks for use during your stay. A/C is available from Memorial Day through September. Grand Rapids is within an hour’s drive — with museums, Frederick Meijer Gardens , and activities such as ax throwing and Fowling.
