It consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In front of the house there is a space covered with awning for sitting outside. Free WI-FI is available throughout the property. The apartment has two air-conditioning units (living room and bedroom). Free private parking is 4 min away on foot. The nearest beach is 5 min away on foot.

The apartment is situated in a very quiet area where are all family houses around. It takes only few minutes by foot to the beach and also to the old town of Cres. So when you park your car on our privat parking you don’t need it anymore. Your holidays can start. Apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, diningroom, bathroom and 2 balconies. It is very well equiped. Aircondition, TV/Sat, coffee maschine, microwave oven, kettle, hair dryer, glasses for beer and vine, wifi are in the apartment.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

Newly renovated family heritage house, situated in the center of the village of Milohnic, just 12 km from the town of Krk and 3 km from the nearest beach. With only 53m2 this house became a pleasant holiday home. Retaining the existing low door openings, irregular window frames and the former hearth as the heart of the house and gathering of household members, it exudes a rural way of life ;-) Grocery shop and a local cuisine restaurant in just 2 minutes walking distance.
