If something is missing, I'll bring it to you :) The most important thing is that you have your own peace and a private yard and free&safe parking. Apartment Rosa is pet friendly, each pet has its own bowls for food and water :)

This villa surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² pool is filled with salt water. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Hi! :) This is a newly renovated apartment in family house with big garden and patio, perfect to relax. Apartment has one bedroom for two and there is a couch that can be made into bed for two in the living room. Located on ground floor, with easy access to parking and ideal for family with children. Air-condition, microwave, WiFi etc. are included in the price. From summer 2019. apartment will have a new modern bathroom with shower.
