This sweet little house is great for those who want to get away from it all. It's like camping but with many more creature comforts. The house has hot and cold water in the summer but is off for the season now, end of October. The house does not come with sheets and towels but if you need that, please let me know and I’ll make that happen for a small fee ($15)! Great for kids! Rustic cabin in the heart of the Lakes Region, New Hampshire’s four season playground. Short walk to the beach or take our canoe and kayaks to explore Hermit Lake or go fishing. This camp is centrally located and easy to get to. 20 minutes to Winnisquam, Winnipesaukee, and Newfound Lake. Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. A perfect New England getaway all year long!

This small cabin has been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.
