David was a great host, and the property was perfect for my visit to Notre Dame. It was an easy walk to campus. The place was very comfortable and well-maintained. I would happily stay with David again.

Great location and very Cozy. Came up to visit my daughter, she loves to visit the coffee shops and the local shopping. We enjoyed the location and everything within walking distance. She will be attending Valpo university and I will definitely make arrangements to stay here again. She absolutely loved it! If she is happy I’m happy. Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying at Evan’s. Our daughter and her family stayed in Evan’s other unit across the hall, and it was perfect for all of us. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We found it very very quiet and weren’t disturbed in any way by its proximity to downtown. We walked each morning, and evening and a bit in between. We enjoyed Fluid (thank you for the complimentary gift card) and made a trip back for another cup. There are several options for eating out. April was the perfect weather for us to hike each day. If we come back through Valparaiso we’d absolutely stay again.

Great place to stay. Downtown valpo has so many things to do and you are in the middle of it. Perfect. Parking is a bit troublesome but given the location, it should be expected.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Diana’s place. The apartment was very clean and located within walking distance to the charming downtown area. If I had any questions, Diana was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

The place is was very nice and clean! Price is worth it and it’s also very relaxing. The hosts were very nice and welcoming too! Would stay here again if in the area!

We were incredibly pleased with our stay at Gary & Laura’s! Their apartment looked exactly like the photos, was incredibly clean, and had added amenities that made it extra special! Thank you for the snacks and fresh danish, along with the abundance of clean linens and a well-appointed kitchen for cooking! The apartment was private and comfortable, and Gary & Laura sent very clear instructions for finding their place and checking in. Would highly recommend!

Maggie is wonderful host! The retro studio is so cute! It's non-toxic, smoke-free, and all provided products are eco-friendly. I was impressed by the cleanliness and peaceful environment. This is a great place to declutter the mind, have a good bath, and establish a sense of inner peace.

Ryan and team were super kind! Their place was super close to downtown and they were very easy to work with! Would stay again. Perfect little getaway!

We enjoyed our stay in Benton Harbor. Our kids loved taking our small dog out for walks and seeing the beach and sunsets nearby. We had a great time on our vacation which was not far from great locations like St. Joe’s, Holland and even Grand Rapids. We highly recommend Ethan’s Air B and B and look forward to coming back in the summer.

AMAZING LOCATION! I'd like to point out that I stayed in this location for a month. I'd also like to point out that I will be returning. This place was very clean, neat and newly renovated. I have a phobia of bugs and didn't encounter anything the entire stay. The neighbors were very nice. The block was peaceful and not to busy. Not to mention Nikki was the best host that I could've ever asked for. She was extremely responsive and very personable.

I stayed here with a few friends and had a wonderful time! Everything in the Airbnb was very clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear and simple check-in and check-out instructions, which I really appreciated! I think the bed I slept in had a memory foam topper as well, which was extra nice after a long day of traveling. The kitchen was also stocked with snacks, coffee and tea, and water bottles, which was a thoughtful touch. The proximity to Notre Dame’s campus was also perfect! The next time I come back to South Bend, I would check here first to see if it was available before looking anywhere else!

We had a e couples weekend for my birthday and we had everything we needed as far as amenities for adults. I would recommend this place to anyone including people with kids.

The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

We absolutely loved the location of this condo! It was quiet and a good family friendly spot. We were able to easily walk to the beach and could have walked into town as well. The condo was clean and felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again next year!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

This hotel efficiency was a lovely and welcoming space. It was clean and quiet and located not too far from Lake Michigan. the town is small, but there are wonderful breweries and some good restaurants. I would be happy to stay here again. Nicole was very responsive and her instructions were clear.

Dave made us feel right at home and answered any questions we had. His place is near restaurants and stores which were very convenient! It is also a 12 minute drive to the national park and there are so many places to check out. It’s about a 45 minute drive to Chicago and there’s a train nearby if you want to take that instead into the city. I highly recommend staying here Dave’s place was clean and he was an amazing host!
