Located at exit #187 on I-70, we are close to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is great for those who enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the great outdoors. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Just 3 miles north on a paved road are 4500 year old Indian paintings. ATV riding is at your doorstep. The RV park that is next to the house is small and quiet . We are at the base of the Book Cliffs with antelope frequenting Thompson Springs.

Small in stature, but big in personality, Kenzie's Cottage is a cozy bedroom cottage that sleeps 1-2 people. Imagine a stand alone hotel room or something from the tiny home movement.
