This space was very comfortable and pet friendly. The fenced-in spacious back yard was nice, so we didn't have to worry about Fido getting out. I really appreciated the spacious kitchen and the open dining/living area with ceiling fans. The home was nicely appointed and clean, and our family enjoyed our stay immensely.

The place was perfect. Lisa was an amazing host. She gave excellent recommendations for a birthday dinner. Her suggestions were spot on for what we were looking for. We actually ended up eating at all 3 suggestions while there. Our trip was exactly as we had planned. Beautiful home, surroundings, just perfect. Hope to go back. Thanks Lisa 😊

This home was absolutely perfect! It was tastefully decorated, and very unique. The hammock was tranquil in the evenings, and the firepit was a nice addition, as well. Waking up to the happy birds chirping reminded us of just how peaceful it was. Just off of the beaten path and yet close enough to the town of Grove (if supplies were needed) was perfect. Jasmine was very attentive and very friendly, and especially accommodating. We will definitely return to this home when back in the area!

Beautiful location and lots of open space. Exactly as shown in the photographs. Very clean and functional space. Great house for kids. You're right on the water with a gorgeous view. The house had all the necessities for cooking. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The fish cleaning station was very convenient. This is the perfect place to stay for a fishing weekend.

Troy and Angela were super responsive, so that made everything a breeze. Great place to stay! Plenty of room for everyone. Great little hang out areas. Loved that it was waterfront and able to take our boat and jetskis! In a quiet cove that perfect!! Will definitely come back! Also; DoorDash and Walmart+ delivers out there 😉

We had a pleasant, relaxing stay at Ashley's place. She was thoughtful & commuicative. The home was clean. The beds were very comfortable with TVs in each bedroom. We had rain the weekend we stayed. They garage was convenient for keeping us in the dry. We had a great time despite the weather & would love to stay there again if circumstances bring us back to Grove.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Eugene the first week of May, coming in for a family week of outdoors time from OKC. We have VERY active boys (3 and 6) and loved that the house was equipped with a hot tub, pool, air hockey table, books, toys, and basketball hoop. Countless hours rotating between the amenities. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy; we wanted for nothing. The house was very clean and well-fitted for our stay.. We brought our bikes, and the garage was the perfect set up for parking and navigating anywhere in town and to trails. House could not be located in a better area, as it was easy to get to our destinations. We were sad to leave, and excited to come back . Will definitely look at staying at the Eugene again! Worth the stay!

Everything about staying at Gigi’s house went well! The house was in a great location for access to things to do in the area, just a mile from the main road through Bella Vista. The pet policies were accommodating and realistic. It helped so much to have a flat, fenced in back yard for the dog to run around in. The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen came equipped with what we needed. Gigi and Delton were quickly responsive to any issues or questions we had. We had to make an adjustment to the days we had originally booked due to medical appointments and they very kindly took care of it and immediately refunded the days we couldn’t stay. We would love to stay here again!!

Great place, exactly what we were looking for. Everything you need to feel like at home but closer to nature. We spent a few days biking and walking around area and was relaxing. Highly recommend the place.

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

The stay was perfect! Justin’s place was gorgeous and accommodating in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely view from the back deck. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much for everything!

Great cozy house, perfect for our trip! Close to lots of great things but able to spend lots of time at the house as well.

My best friend and I stayed here for our frien-iversary. When we saw the photos and looked at everything Chris was offering, I realized I didn't care if it was over my budget. Of course, i started to doubt myself and wonder if the pictures just looked better and felt anxious. All of that was immediately swept away after stepping foot inside. It feels like home but in a more upgraded, fancy way. Lots of little thoughtful touches and extras were there. We specifically wanted to use the hot tub, unfortunately it was raining the whole weekend so we ended up using the bathtub upstairs in our swimsuits and still got the same type of relaxing experience of both of us comfortably fitting inside and talking right before bed. In the downstairs bathroom, the vanity area was so fun to get ready in front of together. The dressing room had perfect lighting for pictures. Any time we needed something, and couldn't find it, the host would quickly being it by. Just really blown away. Amazing remodel.

The house was perfect for the 3 of us and our two dogs. House has pretty much everything, we really appreciated the pack and play, highchair, and boxes of toys! It was a short ride on the road to Slaughter Pen and downtown.

Beautiful little cabin! Perfect for my husband and I. We fished all weekend and enjoyed the rest of the time in the cabin. The host is absolutely amazing and responsive! Enjoyed the snacks she had put together for us! The location was perfect with quick boat ramp access. Super cozy and having a full size washer and dryer was a wonderful plus!!!! Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful cabin and lake access.

We had a girl Cousins get together and there were eight of us. My cousin's loved it! We had everything we needed and more! Definitely going to book again. We had a wonderful time! Thank you so much 😊

The space was perfect for our stop while driving through. We were not familiar with the area, so we were glad we arrived in the daytime. The deck was wonderful for relaxing! Inside had everything we needed and more. The best part was the very friendly neighborhood dog who adopted us during our stay. We never learned his real name, but he didn't seem to mind being called Spike. I would recommend this space to anyone wanting to stay in the area. It's too bad we couldn't stay longer, because it was a nice, and friendly, resort location.

We were visiting for a funeral, and almost felt like we were on vacation with the peace and beautiful views this place offered. Carrie was flexible with our early check in to accommodate us. And we just really loved the space and the extras like the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/ toothpaste/ lotion/ sunscreen and even Off because yes the lake has mosquitos! But everything was ready for us. Thank you again for making a difficult time easier! Great price. Great communication! We definitely want to visit again in the future!

It was perfect for our family fishing trip. I loved the layout and the location. The dock was awesome. It was exactly what I had hoped for.

Amazing place to stay while at Disney. Plenty of room to park our truck and SXS. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and we appreciated the extra attention taken with the fence to ensure our dog couldn’t get out of the fence. The home was very clean and had everything we needed.

The stay was everything we could have asked for, perfect family rental with all the feels of home and the hosts are absolutely amazing and helpful! Definitely recommend! Best location we have stayed at by far, thank you so much again Laurie!
