The Cozy Condo offers the privacy of a personal sanctuary and the amenities of a spa while providing all the comforts of home. After every guest I personally clean the home and make sure there are plenty of freshly washed towels and bedding. It's the perfect place to stay whether you're visiting friends, traveling for work or just passing through.

Quick 30 min. drive from DFW Airport. Abundant amounts of recreation - adjacent to Pilot Knoll Park with; Horse Trails, Boating, Fishing, Kayaking & Paddleboarding. Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

Our historic home was built in 1908 with a carriage house in the rear of the property. We have fully renovated the carriage house to be a comfortable and relaxing space. There is a hot tub under the trees that is yours to enjoy. We are close to the Cultural/Museum district, Trinity Trails, TCU, West 7th and a short walk to the cutest restaurants, bars and shopping in Fort Worth on Magnolia Ave. The carriage house would be a perfect space for solo travelers or couples.
