Nice basement conversion that they keep in good condition, bathroom is pretty compact but the bed is very comfortable and we had no issues whatsoever just using it as somewhere to come back to and get our heads down over the weekend. Great location within 20 mins walk of the city centre, lovely neighbourhood (with a great plant-based café called Green Routes a few minutes away, perfect for coffee or breakfast out). We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Oxford and would definitely stay here again!

We were only in Oxford for 2 nights but Chrissie’s place was exactly what we needed for a short stay. She was responsive and friendly throughout and the room was just as described. The place was easily accessible to the city centre with bus links/walkable distance. Would definitely recommend!

We always stay with Gill when we’re over in Bedford visiting our family. Her place is convenient, homely and ideal for us, and is great value for money. Gill is so lovely and welcoming, and she even brought down books and toys for our daughter, and left an Easter egg and bunny for her on the Sunday. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town, thanks Gill!

I found the Annexe was within walkable distance to Harpenden about 25 mins which is great on a fine day ( local taxis are available and not expensive ). You can walk via the Common or via Rothampsted Park both pleasant. Trains to London are fast and frequent and a combined tube and bus ticket is very flexible. The booking office staff are very helpful too . We went to Windsor on one day to which was less than an hours drive away . Eileen is a perfect host and will assist in anyway possible . oh yes the Annexe was lovely and warm ,we were free to come and go as we please and . Suited our needs very well . Would recommend

Odette was a friendly and responsive host. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. It’s an annex slightly tucked away in a residential area. We booked it for a family party in Bletchley which was 15 minutes drive away. We enjoyed walking and cycling the paths on the canal as a bonus and would return to explore more. Thank you Odette for a lovely stay!

Great place with a unique design and lovely wood directly behind it that is great for walks. Family friendly, clean and well appointed. A short drive to major supermarket. id certainly stay again.

They say good things come in small packages - and this is definitely the case with the Dairy! Perfect location just outside Dunchurch village, this small but perfectly formed annex was just what we needed while visiting family in the area. Although there is no kitchen the annex has everything needed to organize a light meal. Old world features with some modern touches, great shower, very comfortable (firm) bed, heated towel rail, efficient central heating and a range of tv selections. The garden of the house is beautiful and as there had been a spell of perfect weather when we visited the blossom was lovely and we loved the carpet of petals on the grass! Carina - our host - met us on arrival and the day we left, was helpful, friendly and welcoming, even providing a slice of birthday cake one evening! Highly recommended place to stay! Thank you for hosting us!!

Amazing studio, with everything we could need. Well stocked with cooking equipment and great surroundings, whilst also being very peaceful. Patrick was lovely and was able to give us lots of recommendations about walks and the local area, and the dogs were also very sweet and friendly! Would very happily come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Anita’s place. It was exactly as described and looked from the photos, comfortable, warm and relaxing. We were in the area for a 40th birthday nearby so it was a real find and so nice to come back to after our event. It was well stocked with items for breakfast/tea & coffee too which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend!

The pavilion is a proper little gem. nice walks and the Danish camp had great food and entertainment, a short walk is the crown, super Sunday roasts. Emily and Mike were so helpful and lovely hosts. The pavilion was so cosy and spacious, had all the amenities you could possibly need. The bed was big and comfy, plenty of room to feel relaxed in the lounge/kitchen. On the whole a beautiful relaxed weekend. Thanks to excellent hosts. 5 stars. Will be returning.

Very good room in a good location. Very clean and comfortable. Only a bus ride away from city centre which is only 10mins ride.

Penny was so kind and helpful from start to finish. The apartment is not that easy to find as you're driving along as it's quite a busy road - I pulled down a side road and walked back to locate it, then moved my car. A car parking space is available to pre-book. There were very clear instructions on how to access the property. I struggled a bit with the key safe but that's because I'm a numpty, and Penny answered my plea for help promptly. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and matched the description perfectly. All essential items provided in a well thought-out compact space. My only niggle was the connecting door to adjacent space made me feel a bit unsafe - maybe some reassuring/explanatory signage might help? Otherwise a great place to stay only 10-15 mins walk from centre of Rugby.

We loved our stay in The Gable. Jo and Paul were lovely hosts. The Gable was a super comfortable, home from home for a short stay in this area. Jo had thought of everything you would need to enjoy a relaxing and stress free time at The Gable. It’s a modern, beautifully equipped and comfy home from home. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Ich war für 3 Monate in meinem Auslandsemester dort und habe mich vor allem durch die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Sebastian und Yaminah wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt brauchte war vorhanden. Alles sehr modern, sauber und minimalistisch eingerichtet. Man war schnell an einer Bushaltestelle und hatte Supermärkte und andere nötigen Läden in Laufreichweite. Die Kommunikation mit Sebastian und Yaminah war immer sehr schnell, zuverlässig und total lieb und auch zuvorkommend und kompromissbereitschaftlich. Ich war positiv überrascht von der Modernität des Airbnbs mit Fußbodenheizung, digital verstellbarem Dachfenster, beheiztem Spiegel etc. Alles, was angegeben war wurde zu 100% und darüber hinaus erfüllt. Nochmal betonen möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft von Sebastian und Yaminah, danke!

We really enjoyed our one night stay in Theresa’s loft apartment. Very comfortable (especially the bed!) Perfect location with off street parking. Charmingly furnished. Very homely feel. Would definitely recommend!!!

It locates in summer town, very easy to reach by bus from Oxford city center. Th e room has everything we need. The facilities are easy to handle. The surroundings are quiet, nice but not far from the business area of the summer town. We had a good time there.

We had an amazing stay and Amy was a really good host giving us all the information we needed to access the property and enjoy our stay. The house is kept clean, tidy and perfect for what we needed. Thanks so much
