It was custom built and features 1520 sq ft of living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, great indoor and outdoor space, large deck, a dock for your toys, beautiful kitchen and dining area (seats 8), a nice yard and direct frontage on Black Lake. It's located in a private area and is very peaceful and quiet. More information will be provided to you prior to arrival regarding the dock specs.

The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

We have high speed WiFi but the cell service can be spotty. Perfect place to turn off electronics & get away!
