You’ll love our super comfy beds, clean, quality linen, outdoor seating on the verandah, roomy lounge (gas fire & FOXTEL), large bathroom, kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle) & safe neighbourhood. We are ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Your place is the front half of our home - separated by connecting doors. We will be on site, maybe with a foster greyhound.

Located to the rear of the Courthouse, guests enter a luxury ensuite, into an expansive bedroom with couch and table. The massive, freestanding bath is divine. My house has lovely views of Dempster Head Rock and the stunning cobalt waters of West Beach. Our street is quiet, just up the hill from the CBD, away from shops. Your unit is completely separate with large, beach style bedroom, sea views and white tiled large foyer leading to a kitchenette / laundry, then separate bathroom and enclosed patio with clothesline & BBQ . If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, or if you would like to meet me I will enjoy sharing my local knowledge.

Theres a Smart TV, Wifi, Mood lighting, fun couples games, a cosy electric fireplace, tea/coffee, and more! Enjoy the generous 11am checkout time too!

Shelley Rocks Private Guest Suite

A modern, concrete tilt-up house located literally metres from the beautiful Boston Bay. Your 2 bedroom private suite with its own luxurious bathroom where you can sit in the freestanding bath and look out over the bay is located in your downstairs section of the house. Relax in the indoor egg chair or on the extra large lounge, open the front bifold doors and watch seals, dolphins, whales and ospreys pass within metres. Walk out the front onto the Parnkalla Trail or just relax on the deck.

Private self-contained, modern apartment

A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

The 150 year old cottage has a king size bed with linen and towels included in the main bedroom. The lounge with a tv can be made up as a second bedroom with a daybed.. A full large bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower. The small kitchen is cosy but well equipped, including a stocked pantry, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, m/wave.
