The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. If you are in town for business or pleasure the house has everything you need. Location The house is centrally located on a quiet road around 0.4 miles walk to Chelmsford Train Station, Bus Station and Town Centre. The trains are regular every 8 – 10 minutes (incl to Stratford, London Liverpool St & the London Airports) so no need to panic!

There is also a loft bedroom accessed by a hidden door with a king size mattress suitable for older children or a couple. Perfect for families, but note there is no enclosed garden.

Take time out, a bit of countryside , car ride to the city of Chelmsford and 7 mins in the car to historic Maldon, Cold norton is quite central for getting about, set in 1.5 acres, ideal for walkers leaving via the back gate onto footpaths across the fields towards Fambridge and Burnham on crouch , local village pub accepts dogs within walking distance. big tv netflix, complimentary drink at your own bar .

Self check-in assured at this charming former railway cottage situated on a private lane. We have a reputation for complete cleanliness and we are extremely vigilant on behalf of our guests. Back to the fun stuff, this cosy cottage has many original features. Step outside and there is a private south-facing secure garden with lovely new large patio, and a gorgeous suntrap for most of the day. Free parking. Doggies and cats are most welcome. We are a 10 min walk to the town centre.
