Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. Waterfront home with private dock on the Hudson river. Great for outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, swimming, tubing, boating or just relaxing. Lake George and Saratoga are both very close by. Our home is sure to impress with plenty of room. Rain or shine you can enjoy the waterfront on either of the enclosed porches. Enjoy the sunrise while never leaving your master suite. Beautiful indoor fireplace to warm up to on a chilly day. We have two kayaks you are welcome to enjoy.

This is the place for a wonderful, relaxing retreat. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you open the door to your stay. It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

Indoor Heated Pool in the Adirondacks

Year round indoor pool house that is 2000 square feet located in the lower adirondacks. There are several outdoor activities to do in the area...fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, snowmobiling,cross country skiing & restaurants. Check out my guidebook with things to do in and around the area including near by lakes and restaurants on the lakes. Spend the day exploring and then come back to relax in the warmth of your very own private pool, sit by a fire on the patio or start the grill.

Charming carriage house that has been completely renovated but still has some original character. The carriage house is one bedroom, one bathroom, and full kitchen with 2 off street parking spaces. There are two outdoor areas to enjoy in the front and back of the house. The location is walking distance to Beekman street arts district and Broadway downtown Saratoga Springs. Saratoga spa state park, performing arts center, casino and Saratoga race track are all a short car ride away.

Our family owned diner with delicious home cooked meals is only steps from your back door!

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
