My stay was comfortable and relaxing! I love this house it’s so unique and fun. My son and I loved it. We found it feels sort of like a fort which we loved. The host is so relaxed and go with the flow it was so refreshing!!! Definitely give her a 5 outta 5 I will certainly stay here again and I recommend this place to anyone else who is looking for a airbnb in Bancroft area! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

I always look forward to my stays at Erik and Lise Anne’s. they are always very gracious and helpful. Response time for issues is great. Donna, the co host, is magnificent and so kind. The kind of place that makes you feel like your home away from home. Will return many times!

We had a wonderful reunion with 6 ladies. Hennie’s place was perfect as nobody had to share a bed! Very well equipped kitchen. We had a power outage - very windy and stormy - and family members were very attentive and brought us candles and flashlights. Would

We were a masters xc ski team in for some races and the House and Host were amazing. The house was cozy; they had the fire going for our arrival and the kitchen was set up to cook for our large group. The host was very attentive to help us get to where we needed to go during the snow storm, digging us out every day. The house had a wonderful character about it and made us all feel comfortably at home. We will rent this place again for our next trip/race to the area.

Steven's place was exactly what we needed. Easter weekend we visited our son. We weren't 100% sure how many of our family were going to make the trek. The house turned out to. e perfect with 2 more of my sons showing up, so the extra space was magnificent. With my 92 year old mother in one of the rooms it was nice to have a bathroom handy. The downstairs living room with TV allowed the younger lads to stay up later and not disturb the others needing sleep. Thanks for a perfect Easter weekend.

The girls had a wonderful stay at the North Sky Retreat. Julie was very helpful and her house was just perfect for four people to stay, each with their own bedroom. The house was exceptionally well stocked with supplies, linen, towels and those extras you may need. Julie accommodated the dog that accompanied on this trip as well. The fresh eggs were a bonus and the free range chickens were fun to watch. The grounds were lovely and the walking path was a perfect was to take in the nature around the house. Hopefully this stay will become a tradition! Thank you!

We had an amazing time at Pete’s. The location was perfect, we had our own private beach. The kids enjoyed the provided kayaks and water toys. Our dogs lived in the water for 7 days. The house is much bigger than it appears in photos, and has ample room for a large family or group.

This place was great, super kid friendly, clean and organized. There were activities for kids and adults within the cottage. Kitchen had everything we needed, big dining space for big group.

A great stay! My partner, my dog, and I have been coming to The Lodge for 4 years now and it’s always a fantastic time. It is a perfect and cozy winter stay. We loving coming back to Golden Lake year after year for The Lodge but also because Cindy is such a wonderful host. She is very responsive with any questions or concerns. 10/10 would recommend :)

Brendan's place is absolutely stunning - beautiful property with adorable farm animals, access to water, a pool, everything you'd need for a great weekend, really. Thank you for providing a perfect location for our after-wedding celebration.

We had a busy time with two family events and really enjoyed returning to the house to relax and enjoy your amazing back yard. It is truly a peaceful oasis! The children loved the pool and the adults all welcomed the evening hot tub. The flower gardens and pots are stunning. Thanks also for the lovely welcome gifts. We were very spoiled! From the moment I inquired about their house, they were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We had a prolonged stay to watch World Juniors hockey and had two families staying at the house. It was great that the basement had two bedrooms and a full bath with their own living room. It helps to have your own space sometimes! Every amenity and kitchen tool you can think of was available. The hot tub was a great addition after we booked! Everything was clean when we got there and very easy to checkin. The craft room was a great feature! There was a great selection of games to choose from as well! Would highly recommend staying here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Davids place was beautiful and made for an enjoyable stay for our group visit. He was responsive and provided all additional details both in our chats as well as leaving a small booklet in the cottage itself highlighting places of interest nearby. The firepit and the gazebo are the most impressive parts of the property. Wifi coverage inside the cottage was fantastic and was very useful for any further research since the cellular network coverage is spotty at best. Bon Echo is just about a 20 minute drive away and there are more places within a 1 hour radius though we chose to mostly have a leisurely time on the property itself. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, private fun time in the middle of nature.

Beautiful, remote chalet away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Had a great stay. Loved the BBQ and firepit. Host was friendly and welcoming with prompt responses.

Greg’s place is incredible, we would all go back in a heartbeat! Greg is a great host, always responsive and he made sure we had great stay. The place itself is beautiful, has a lot amenities and it’s super cozy. Beds are very comfortable and every space clean and well taken care of. Definitely recommended.

Melissa is very responsive and welcoming. The place looks exactly as in photos and is neat and clean, but it is for people who love nature as it does not have charging ports and toilet with flush. People who love nature and would love to escape from Internet and city chaos it’s the best detox place. The sound of flowing water constantly drops in your ears and I loved it. It has 2 huge windows and you can see the river flowing by the treehouse from both the windows!!!

Had an amazing stay! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the place was super peaceful and cozy. Perfect spot to just chill and unwind. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with some incredible scenery. Erica is a great host!

We had a great time at Damon’s place. Thanks to his great info prior the stay, we had zero issues to get there. The house was clean, comfy and had all the amenities that are needed for the stay. The view at the lake is great. We would come back for sure!

This is the nicest Airbnb I've stayed at in years. Alain & Paola are one of the few remaining hosts that care about the small details and personalized touch. The place was super clean, and I'm someone with high standards. The personalized message, guestbook and coffee, tea etc. I was very happy I could being my dog as well! She loved the outdoor space to run around. I'd stay there again!

I was looking for a place near Gatineau Park, and Marc-Andres's place fit the bill and was a very comfortable place to spend a week.
