Parking in driveway. (3 to 4 cars max.) Please know pool is not heated. Also we do not accept pets. No parties or large gatherings are allowed . No motorcycles, campers, RVs or boats allowed. You get the entire home and there is nobody else staying at the same time. It is in a quiet suburban neighborhood, about 40 minutes from downtown Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg.
