Renta de casas vacacionales en la playa en Grecia

Flott beliggenhet til sjøen med en fin strand av småstein. 4 ektepar med 4 barn (1år til 10år), koste oss veldig. Bassenget og sjøen var i bruk hele dagene når vi var på huset. Vi hadde 3 biler parkert i garagen under huset, og brukte dem til å reise rundt i området. Rent og pent over alt, godt forhold til verten. Et par spørsmål underveis, ble raskt besvart. Vi syns det var greit med bil der. Takk til Yiannis for et flott opphold og fint sted. Aage

A really great apartment, super close to the beach (aprox 50m), close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Everything you need is a few min away. The apartment was delivered super clean, in the fridge I had a cold bottle of water and a bottle of apple juice, fruits on the table and butter&honey. Christos was very proactive, I locked myself out of the apartment (closed the door with the key inside 🤦🏻), I wrote him on airbnb and he was there in 10 min to help me out. Overall, a great place to stay in Rethymno and a super host !!!

Angelicas Beach Haus ist sehr hübsch mit einem großen Aussenbereich und nur weinige Schritte zum Strand und zu den Restaurants. Da wir einige Tage heftigen Nordwind hatten waren die Liegen im Garten sehr gut windgeschützt. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöber Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Socrates ist sehr hilfsbereit und ein roller Superhost

Die Unterkunft ist ein Strandhäuschen in einer Häuserreihe und liegt in einem kleinen Ort, abseits von Tourismus (zumindest im April), alle Räume und der Außenbereich des Hauses waren blitzsauber. Zum Schlafen haben wir die obere Etage genutzt. Die Kommunikation zum Check in und Check out und auch zwischenzeitlich war unkompliziert und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen SelfCheckin und freuten uns über vorbereitetes Wasser, Kuchen, Orangen,..... es ist alles in Küche und Bad was man täglich braucht (Salz, Öl, Zucker, Handtücher ..). Wir (5 Personen) konnten hier gut ausspannen und wären gerne noch einen Tag länger geblieben. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage :)

Liebe Maria, danke, dass wir dein schönes kleines Haus nutzen konnten. So nah am Meer zu wohnen, das war etwas besonderes. Jeden Morgen habe ich mich gefreut die Türen zu öffnen und sofort aufs Wasser zu blicken. Der kleine Mini-Supermarkt gleich nebenan war sehr praktisch und auch die Restaurant-Bar einladend. Der Oktober mit wenig Touristen war eine gute Zeit für unseren Aufenthalt und so war auch die Straße kein Problem. Auch die Kinder waren sehr glücklich bei dir. Wir kommen darum gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben keine 50 Meter weg vom menschenleeren und sehr schönen Kiesstrand .Das Wasser war auch jetzt im September noch unfassbar warm und glasklar.Jeden Morgen wunderbar Schwimmen gewesen und danach ein entspanntes Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Tollem Blick direkt aufs Meer ! Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge und Untergänge gesehen ! Ich würde die Unterkunft immer weiterempfehlen auch wenn das Haus und die Einrichtung mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Hier gibt es einen minimalen Minuspunkt . Von der relativ viel befahrenen Hauptstraße an welcher das Haus unmittelbar angrenzt bekommt man auf der Terrasse fast gar nichts mit . Wirklich ein sehr schöner Ort und die Lage mit dem Direktzugang zum Meer und wunderschöner Terrasse möchte ich nochmals deutlich hervorheben. Auch die stets rasche und schnelle Hilfe von Vermieterin Karolina war Top 👍🏻 😇! Wenn ich Rhodos wieder bereisen werde dann würde ich dieses Haus unbedingt wieder wählen. Danke Karolina 🤗

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, όπως φαινόταν κει στις φωτογραφίες. Ήμαστε 4 άτομα, 2 ζευγάρια και μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι. Η οποία υγρασία, καθώς το σπίτι είναι δίπλα στη θάλασσα, έφευγε με το ξεκίνημα των κλιματιστικών ενώ κάποια λίγα νέρα στο μπάνιο λόγω υγρασίας δικαιολογούνται από το χειμώνα στο νησί . Η Αναστασία είναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, πάντα διαθέσιμη να εξυπηρετήσει και βοηθήσει. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα θα το συνιστούσα σε όποιον θέλει διακοπές στη Σκύρο και να μένει δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η απόσταση από τη χώρα είναι μόνο 5 λεπτά με το αμάξι, ενώ υπάρχει σουπερμάρκετ και ταβέρνα ακριβώς δίπλα στο σπίτι ( 1 λεπτό με το αμάξι)

1er séjour en Crète, le choix a été de se positionner à l’ouest pour visiter en 1 semaine que l’ouest. Kalives est donc bien localisé (25 mn de l’aéroport). La maison est aussi bien située : à la fois au calme et proche de nombreux restaurants sur la plage et à proximité à pied d’un supermarché. La maison est très spacieuse avec ses 3 belles chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain (4 toilettes) . Elle est également jolie, très propre et très bien équipée. À notre arrivée à 20h30 c’est très appréciable d’avoir le nécessaire dans le frigo pour 24h et les produits ménagers. Nous y étions mi-avril (we pascal) avec deux ados (de 14 et 17 ans) qui ont également très appréciés l’endroit. Le seul petit regret c’est de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la piscine car les températures étaient trop fraîches (Baignade en mer plus facile). Nous avons pu quand même manger dehors, sauf 2-3 soirs. Anthonis (propriétaire) est très prévoyant et à l’écoute de ses hôtes. Bonne surprise : le ménage mi-parcours.

Our party of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights. Mailinda was extremely friendly, professional. responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped arrange car rental. Daily service/cleaning service with clean towels and cleaning was beyond our expectations. The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, decor was lovely, and the location was fabulous. Located right on the ocean with private access to the beach was wonderful. Easy 5 minute drive to Oia allowed us to time our visits to avoid the busy tourist times. The island was very easy to explore. Wifi is available although the signal could be better. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

Unbelievable stay! Highly recommended! We had an absolutely incredible time at this Airbnb. The location is perfect. The views from the property are breathtaking, and the pool is an absolute 10/10! We loved spending time relaxing by the pool, enjoying the pool bar and loved the amazing food they serve – everything was super delicious. What made our stay even more special were the hosts. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back!! :)

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is in a good location, very peaceful, and has a great view. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. I never managed to use the pool because my stay was during the winter season, however, I would definitely consider renting it during the summer. The host was very friendly and responsive and helped make our stay even more pleasant.

Beatrice empfing uns direkt am Haus, nachdem sie vorher schon unseren Mietwagen organisiert hatte. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts war sie ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit auch mit weiteren guten Tipps. Die Unterkunft ist neu, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet, absolut ruhig, obwohl nur 5 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt und wunderbar gelegen ca 100 m vom Strand entfernt. Die Reisezeit (letzte Oktoberwoche) war perfekt, da angenehme Temperaturen, nur noch wenige Touristen, aber die meisten Lokale und kulturellen Events noch verfügbar. Kurzum: rundum empfehlenswert!

We had an incredible stay at this luxury villa! The property is equipped with top-notch amenities, including an infinity pool with breathtaking views, brand new kitchen appliances, an elegant Italian shower, and a state-of-the-art video projector. The bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep every night. The location is ideal—quiet and serene, with a charming, protected beach just a 2-minute stroll down a coastal path. This path also leads to Parikia, a delightful 25-minute walk away. It was convenient for us to reach Parikia when we returned the rental car and perfect for those who want to enjoy drinks or dinner without worrying about driving back. We visited off-season, so we had the beach all to ourselves. It might be a different ambiance in the heart of the summer. Overall, our experience was phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the end of October and could not have been happier with this villa. it was spotless, spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. The access to the water park for free was excellent for the kids and the last day of opening for the season was on the day we left. The facilities were excellent and the lovely pool and outdoor barbecue area were all great to use. Lots of local supermarkets and restaurants within a km and good access to the beach. It's a first floor property which might be an issue with the steps but we liked having views from every room to the sea and beach. We couldn't really ask for anything else in our stay and if we come back to Crete we would look to stay here again. It's a short drive from Chania. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, offering help with hire cars and local amenities, but they left us to it. We had a great holiday in Crete and a lot of this was down to this superb accommodation we were lucky to find available for our stay

We loved our week here! The private beach really made it, you feel as though you've just been marooned on a desert island, so peaceful with the most stunning view. The stairs heading down are a bit tricky so take extra care, it’s certainly worth it once you’re down there. Achilles is a great host. Super responsive and solved any issues we had immediately, his mum lives upstairs and is also very friendly, as are the local cats who like to come and say hello. We found the bed super comfy, nice firm mattress and the bedroom windows has shutters to ensure the room stays completely dark so we always had a good night sleep. The washing machine is very handy and all detergent is provided along with toilet roll. Kitchen is well equipped as listed. We didn’t hire a car so we relied on the bus outside the house which takes 5 mins into Benitses. Without a doubt the best restaurant in town is Klimataria, just beautiful fresh and authentic food, the best seabass I have ever had!

Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή ! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική - κοντά σε εστιατόρια, καφέ και παραλίες. Το απόλυτο highlight ήταν η εντυπωσιακή βεράντα με την ιδιωτική πισίνα και την απίστευτη θέα που μας άφησε άφωνους - απολαύσαμε κάθε στιγμή εκεί, από το πρωινό καφέ μέχρι το βραδινό κρασί με θέα το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενος και εξυπηρετικός, πάντα διαθέσιμος να απαντήσει σε ερωτήσεις και να προτείνει μέρη για επίσκεψη στην περιοχή. Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής ήταν εξαιρετική . Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά μια αξέχαστη διαμονή!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei Efi. Das Haus war genau richtig für uns und unsere zwei Kleinkinder. Die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Strand sind einfach fantastisch und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! Besonders haben uns auch die vorhandenen Spielsachen gefallen.

Die Unterkunft von Heike war super gepflegt und hatte alles was das Herz begehrte. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit sehr genossen! Heike war auch beim Tag unserer Anreise vor Ort und hat uns persönlich viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und uns alles nötige erklärt. Sie war auch jederzeit schnell für uns erreichbar. Utensilien fürs Grillen von Fleisch und Fisch waren auch vollständig vorhanden. Die umliegenden Kleinstädte mit zahlreichen Lokalitäten sind mit dem Auto schnell und leicht zu erreichen. Wer sportlich ist, schafft es auch zu Fuß :) . Aber auch zu Hause kann man die Seele gut baumeln lassen, entweder in einer Hängematte oder einer Liege.

Truly wonderful stay! We stayed there with our 1 year old daughter (off season) and it was perfect. The house, the garden, the beach, we loved it all. Antonia provided all the baby necessities, a comfortable baby cot and high chair and even a small bathtub! We are very grateful for that as it made our stay easier. At this time of the year it was calm, quiet, warm enough and just ideal. Our daughter loved the holiday as much as we did so thank you so much!
