This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. The casita is located between the Golf Course and Tubac village. The casita has a private bedroom and bathroom with outside entrance. The private yard has a covered porch and outdoor kitchen. Inside is a king-size bed, table, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. Amenities include WIFI, local TV, Peacock. Weekly and long stay discounts. The guest house has a queen bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, air conditioning, a laptop desk and 32" TV with Roku streaming. The casita has its own private patio with table, chairs and umbrella for dining in the lovely Tucson weather! The wifi is gigabit fast!
