Cute place! This basement apartment had a nice kitchen and living room area. Lots of room! I was in town for work (working nights at TIEC and sleeping during the day). It was mostly quiet for that, but just a little pitter patter of paws a few times. Bring a noise machine if that would be an issue for you! Also a sleep mask came in handy for day sleeping. Would book again :)

Had a great stay here! We walked to some great restaurants and loved the park. It was a beautiful place and we wish we could have stayed longer. The only improvement would be the directions for parking. The garage situation was confusing and in order to park in a Mint House parking spot you have to make a reservation and pay $15 to get the directions which share you must go into the apartment through the leasing office to get the parking pass and key fob to get in through other doors. You can only park in the loading zone for 10 minutes so I had to run around the building (while pregnant lol) use the code to get in, find the apartment, grab the pass and fob, and run back to the car to get in and park.

Absolute gem of a stay. Sandy and Mick were absolutely lovely, and incredibly responsive. The place was spotless, comfortable, quiet, secluded, and so adorable. It made my first trip to Greer a worry free, hassle free one. I would 100% stay here again.

We stayed at Kira’s place on one of our seasonal visits to Biltmore. We enjoyed the accommodations and the small town of Brevard. We were able to walk to downtown Brevard to enjoy the shopping and dining. Kira was friendly, welcoming, and very responsive to all our needs.

We enjoyed our stay at the mint house. This was a perfect spot to visit our family. We never used our car as everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area with comfortable seating and the patio area off the living was a quiet spot to enjoy coffee and read.

Melodie's place is a slice of heaven if you're looking for a peaceful hobby farm retreat. Around every corner were new discoveries whether the beauty of the landscape or the animals in their various living spaces around the property (horses, cows, chickens, couple friendly cats, and sweet welcoming dog Shelby). If you have time for a walk to the woods you'll be treated to a bubbling brook w a bench beside it for some contemplative time, not to mention flowers to gaze at all along way. We hadn't really been aware of the sauna (maybe it's in the listing and we missed it) but it's an incredible treat if you can find time one evening to check it out. There's even more than the exterior beauty and sauna treat, but I'll let you discover some surprises on your own. Ideally, you'll spend several days so you can take it all in. Melodie's family incl husband + kids were so nice + made us feel at home. Our stay was A+++ and we hope to return. Worth driving a little farther for this GEM.

This was great place to stay. Lots of restaurants etc that you could walk to. The apartment is large and plenty of room for two singles, or two couples or a family. The location was very safe and the room was located inside the building almost like a hotel, but much nicer.

We adored the Studio! Lovely outdoor deck and view with lots of white squirrel watching. The room is perfectly set and so comfortable. All linens, decor and equipment are tasteful and great quality. Plus we found breakfasts a big, delicious plus! Tracie and Daniel are great company and clearly exceptional hosts. We’ll definitely stay again.

This may be my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed in so far! There was so much room here, plenty of beds, and super comfortable. Everything was nice and modern and worked perfectly. We brought a group of mountain bikers and had plenty of room in the driveway for everyone, and everyone loved the projector downstairs for watching videos! Thanks for an awesome stay.

My family (2 adults & 2 children) took out a few days in Tryon for Spring break (March 2025). Firstly, the location and home were exactly as shown online. The location is extremely private and there was no wear and tear which made all of us feel like we were home from home. The bedrooms (3 in total) were large and spacious, the kitchen well stocked with basic sundries which allowed us to cook every night. Spending time together with breathtaking views was icing on the cake. The winner was the games room in the basement which we spent numerous hours at - pool table, giant Jenga, card game etc. Off the games room was a lovely hot tub which overlooked the mountains which was thoroughly used by all of us. Peter was extremely responsive to questions and super helpful which made us feel extremely looked after. I would highly recommend this location and I am sure we will be back again!

We loved the location and amenities of this house! We walked to most of our meals (breakfast at Morning social, dinner across the street at the Bohemian & Jordan Street Cafe), the farmers market, afternoon coffees, ice cream and of course O.P. Taylor’s and other shops! The fenced in backyard was a highlight for our boys, lots of room to run and play before relaxing in the hot tub. We loved sitting on the front porch in the rain. Honestly everything about this house exceeded our expectations!

Darrin was a responsive, helpful, wonderful host. Our company used his Airbnb to house employees while they worked in the area. He was easy to work with and informative as our employees were in the area during Hurricane Helene in Sept 2024. I would recommend staying in this home as it is also in a nice, safe neighborhood.

Communication was top notch. You couldn't have asked for more amenities from an espresso machine (with syrup flavors!), sno cone machine, bread maker, pizza oven--they literally thought of everything. The best was going over the top to provide amenities for our baby and dogs. The King bed was very comfortable with black out curtains and we appreciated the alarm that dinged every time a door opened.

Unfortunately we were not able to make our stay but Nicole was a fantastic host that went above and beyond!!

Mark’s place was great. We stayed here for the SEC tournament and it was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. The home was beautiful inside and very clean. I would definitely stay here again when back in Greenville. No complaints at all. 10/10

This unit is so cute and functional. The view is nice and we loved sitting on the balcony playing games for hours. Super experience!

Exceptional stay in Greenville. Couldn't ask for a better location, easy to park, host extremely responsive, instructions were easy to follow, very comfortable, place itself was very well appointed and clean. Would not hesitate to book this place again.

This was the perfect location for our stay during the SEC women’s basketball tournament. We could walk to and from the games. The condo was pristine and very functional. Our only issue was the cost of the parking garage which our host addressed in a very positive manner. We would stay here again. Host incredibly helpful and responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at Renee’s place. The location is right in downtown and walkable to everything we did— surrounded by restaurants and shops. I know some reviews mentioned the noise but that is to be expected with any location that is the heart of the action and Renee has provided both sound machines and ear plugs in each bedroom. We weren’t bothered by the noise and thrilled with how convenient it was. The place is charming and well equipped with amenities— very comfortable places to lounge, fantastic kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and closets. Above all, though, Renee was so incredibly friendly and responsive. Wonderful communication. The whole experience was 5⭐️ and would happily stay there again or at another of Renee’s properties.

We visit GVL 2-3 times a year and love staying here so much that now we won’t stay anywhere else. Truly the best host, best location, and best properties in the area. The condo is central to everything downtown, and is immaculate, cozy, and very safe. Cindy is such a sweet, proactive, and thoughtful host. She makes sure you have everything you need for a great stay, and it’s all the little things like bottled waters, snacks, coffees and teas, creamers—she even left us a special surprise for our anniversary. We’re grateful to have been so well taken care of and once again had a great trip. Where you stay can make or break a trip, and this one absolutely makes it. Thanks Cindy!
