Step into the past amid modern luxury in this apartment set in a revitalized old building from 1895. The residence features wood flooring and decor, touches of color amid neutral tones, a slight mid-century modern aesthetic, and an outdoor lounge space. In our luxurious apartment at the Federal Administrative Court you live in the heart of Leipzig. The apartment is the ideal apartment for singles or couples. It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. All pictures were shot by us and mostly reflect our Greece trips. The apartment has TV and radio; High-speed Internet via Wi-Fi is included in the rental rates. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (Villeroy & Boch, WMF, etc.). parking: The side street offers free parking. There is a private parking for 15 euros per night. komplett complete The apartment is located in the heart of Leipzig's city center. The renowned street, "Karli" is within walking distance of the building as well as the Johanna and Clara-Zetkin Parks. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.

Neben einer nagelneuen voll ausgestatteten Küche erwarten Euch ein komfortables Boxspringbett (1,80 m b) im separaten Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer ein Sofa, das sich umklappen lässt zu einem Bett mit 1,40m Breite. Hier ist auch der Platz zum chillen. Gemütlich frühstücken könnt ihr in der separaten Küche. Im Garten hinter dem Haus findet ihr zwei Fahrräder für Ausflüge in die grüne Umgebung.

Das Ferienhaus hat 160 qm Wohnfläche und 5 Schlafzimmer für 10 plus 2 Personen. Es liegt mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland am Hainer See 20 km südlich von Leipzig. Kernstück des Hauses ist ein 70 qm großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit riesigen Fenstern, langer Esstafel und Kaminofen. Es gibt zwei große Terrassen, von der oberen hat man einen Blick weit über den See. Das Haus wurde bewusst für gesellige Tage im größeren Kreis konzipiert. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Bücher, Spielzeug und einen Spielboden.

Ferienhaus in Threna mit eingezäunten Grundstück und überdachter Terrasse. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage in den oberen Etagen und einem Kamin im EG. Spaziergänge und Fahrradtouren ins gesamte Neuseenland können direkt ab dem Ferienhaus starten. Fahrräder und Motorräder können untergestellt werden, 2 Autostellplätze. Einkaufscenter (Pösna Park) im Nachbarort. Mehrere Seen in der direkten Umgebung. Autobahnen A14 und A38 in den Nachbarorten. Je 15 Minuten Nach Leipzig und Grimma.

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich sehr zentral. Nur 150 m sind es bis zur Straßenbahn. Mit der Straßenbahn Nr. 4 / 7 kann man direkt ins Zentrum gelangen. Die Bushaltestelle ist gleich eine Straße weiter. Gegenüber von der Wohnung ist ein Lebensmittelmarkt und eine Apotheke. Außerdem ist gegenüber ein Restaurant, wo man gut essen kann. Wir haben eine 100.000 Internet Leitung, wo Ihr bequem im Internet surfen könnt. Gerne könnt ihr auch Ausflüge planen. Bei Fragen bin ich jeder Zeit erreichbar.
