Nestled in the heart of Old Town Helotes, our 107-year old house is home to our beautiful bed and breakfast upstairs and our incredible coffee shop downstairs! The space is the entire second floor! With tons of natural light, feel free to people watch from the sunroom, or snuggle in the cozy living room! Enjoy the double-headed shower! Front porch for 'relaxi'n/sipping', Landscaped yard, private parking lot, private patio with comfy seating, umbrellas and fans. So sorry, but we are not set up for children or pets.

The Texas Music room is one of our two Jacuzzi Suites with a queen-sized bed at the Full Moon Inn Bed and Breakfast. The room includes a warm fireplace for cool nights, and the porch is AMAZING! This room is located on the 2nd floor of our Sunday House.PLEASE NOTE: This room is very intimate and only offers the spa tub, this unit has no shower. Total room occupancy is 2 people. My place is located on a picturesque hill with expansive views in every direction but is only 4 miles from Luckenbach and 14 from downtown Fredericksburg. You'll love my place because of the peaceful location, the views, beautiful updated interior, and great porch. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children that are 15 years of age or older.
