The place was just what I was looking for: Private, quiet and calm. Good WiFi and AC. Luis was very attentive and would respond quick to any question I had. The instructions were clear. My flight got delayed and Luis was flexible and understandable. Overall I had a good experience.

It was a great stay, especially for the price. The main thing is that I felt safe there and neighbors were friendly. The place was fairly clean.

Host (Laury) was amazing. The house was in a great location. It was easy to get to anywhere in San Juan because it felt everything was 10 to 15 mins away from my location.

Absolute gem of a house. I'd stay here time and time again. Easy walk to the OSJ ferry, clean, quiet, beautiful. One of the best airbnbs I've been to. Lilybeth was so welcoming and responsive. You're missing out not booking this

This was my favorite airbnb experience of my life. The house is so unbelievably comfortable, everything is almost 15 minutes to anything you possibly want to do on the island, I got to see so many beautiful animals right behind the house, the sun rises RIGHT ALONG THE BACKYARD, and the host / entire family were SO WARM AND WELCOMING! I knew it was going to be a great stay when the very first day our host showed up to our house with a freshly cut papaya that they just took down that morning. It was so unbelievably fresh and delicious. My girlfriend and I also had the privilege of staying here during the infamous New Year’s Eve blackout!!! We were so lucky that the house had a back up generator and that everything we possibly needed, the host made sure of. It was pretty hard to find food on New Year’s Eve, and the host came by with a plethora food for us. I can’t get over how intimate the stay was & I can’t wait to come back & experience it again!!This stay is how airbnb SHOULD BE :)

This place was a beautiful stay for my family vacation. It really felt like we were home! House was in walking distance of a Starbucks and small plaza with other foods. We were 15 minutes or so from downtown Sanjuan. The pool and backyard were spacious and looked just like the photos. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking needs, and eatery for kids as well. Enough parking space to fit 4 or 5 cars if needed. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. Enough towels in the house for everyone! Pool and regular towels. Overall I would definitely come back and even recommend this spot to friends. Thanks for the stay! <3

Samuel provides a beautiful home perfect for a trip to PR. Check in and check out was so easy and stress free. Even our ubers loved the home from the outside. The pool hours although they seemed unfair at first we really didn’t even want to be there past 6pm so it all worked out !!

Calix, and the beautiful house was everything you need on a vacation in Puerto Rico. Not only was communication very quick and helpful, the location was very private and secure. Cameras, gated and very safe. This house had everything you need to relax, have a good time or just binge movies. Having a pool and pool table was also nice. Outside restroom was a bonus. Owners have taken very good care of this house. I will be back to utilize the property again!

This house was absolutely amazing! The pictures does not do it justice! This house was gorgeous. Loved every single thing about it. We went to celebrate my daughters 15s and had a great time. Anytime I had any questions, Adelina was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this house.

Spent an amazing beautiful 5 days vacation with my kids at Gerardo’s place and honestly I have 0 complaints . The view is beautiful the place is amazing and comfortable . 5 days wasn’t enough and let’s not forget about the beautiful balcony views , had breakfast on the balcony with my family ! We loved it and definitely intend on going back whenever we visit back San Juan . Also has a personal parking spot for our rental car right outside the building . Couldn’t ask for anything more perfect especially with the area it is located in with plenty of shopping spaces restaurant and anything else you will need . Highly recommended!

Un lugar acogedor, tranquilo y de mucho silencio. Un buen lugar para desconectar del "diario" y conectar con la naturaleza. ¡Volveremos ya que nos encantó!

The host is responsive when contacted. The unit has large bedrooms; kitchen area. The bathrooms are tight, but doable (No-one is going to spend the entire time in the bathroom, right?) Furnishing in great condition, my family commented the beds were extremely comfortable. We highly recommend to all Airbnb users to check this one when in San Juan PR. Roads are tight to navigate thru, but manageable. Common noises found in neighborhoods -dogs barking; birds or frogs singing; trash pickup

Had a great stay with 5 of my friends here. Home was beautiful. Super nice decor and great views. We rented a car and were able to get Ubers when necessary although they would sometimes cancel but overall we were able to get around. Few of the fans we were unable to get to work but other than that everything was in working order and Jassiel was a great host who communicated promptly every time I reached out. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and I will be back❤️

The property has private fence patio which i needed urgently as i was leaving the island and had no place for my 3 dogs! Perfect pet friendly Airbnb! 👍 Host responded messages immediately. Thanks Leo

We liked the place. Communication with the host was very good, and we always received prompt responses. The view is beautiful. Access to the place is a bit tricky, especially at night.

Rudy and her husband they where amazing and she did so amazing with the house. It was so easy to contact and get in. It was peaceful and very Comfy house and rooms with AC :). We were so happy to enjoy the stay and we will come back next year to book then again.

This place was a good stay. Small but really nice, especially the shower, and excellent AC. Just a tip, ping your location; it helps you get back to the place.

Necesitaba encontrar una estadía a último momento (ya era de noche) y Edwin salvó el día. Contestó rápido y proveyó instrucciones claras de como llegar y accesar al lugar. El camper estaba recogido y limpio, y es muy espacioso. Mi parte favorita definitamente fue la bocina(excelente calidad) y el fireplace electrónico(excelentes vibras). El lugar provee mucha privacidad y tranquilidad. Edwin fue muy atento, amable y bregó al 100%, definitivamente me quedaría allí de nuevo.
