We’ve had a a fabulous family weekend at the house. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, cooking and cleaning equipment. It was great to stay at a place where everything has been thought about to make your stay as smooth as possible. We’ve had such a great time and will definitely be going back!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We spent a fabulous long weekend enjoying this wonderful house and all it had to offer. We were celebrating two big birthdays and it was the perfect setting for all of us, young and old (and the dog). There was lots to do and everyone loved the swimming pool, sauna, snooker and we even managed a game of rounders. We went on some lovely walks and said hello to the horses down the road. Sophie was a great host and answered all of my questions immediately. It really was a a great place to celebrate and we all wished we could have stayed longer.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The hosts were great, really appreciate them readying the pool for us early in the year. very friendly and gave good recommendations for the area, and told us how to get onto the local footpaths and trails, couldn't be happier.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

It was the second time of staying here and won’t be the last! Perfect for a large group who like outdoor leisure and socialising.

Lovely stay. The house was spacious and was fully equipped. Any issues we had were resolved straight away. The cleaning team were excellent, there had been a mix up when we arrived but they were straight there to get it all sorted. Will book again!

Lovely place and very easy to find. It’s in a great location as you can walk to the centre without it being in the noise. Instructions were very clear. We would definitely stay again!

In short - just fantastic. In every way, from how nice the property was, to the finishing touches inside to how responsive Sarah was throughout to ensure we had everything we needed. Can’t thank her enough for what was a very memorable weekend for my parents 50th wedding anniversary.

The property was perfect for our multi aged family party of ten! Really well equipped to make eating and relaxing together very comfortable. The teenagers (and men) made the most of the game’s equipment in the lodge and we were lucky enough to have brilliant weather to enjoy the garden. Andrea and Arnie responded quickly to our queries and left a welcome basket of treats, which were much appreciated.

We stayed here for my friends hen do, it was in a great location and a great size for the 14 of us. It never felt too small for us, and there is plenty of mirrors, perfect for getting ready!

Great location in central Brighton Particularly good for a large group. Ample kitchen and dining equipment. Lovely home and garden space. Fast response from Hosts for any information / requests Location is amazing. Walkable to everything in Brighton. Easy access to public transport for trips further afield. Immaculately clean.

This is a lovely, spacious house with comfortable beds and a great location. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend!

Lovely house, well appointed in great location. Only criticism would be size of front drive for parking! 2 cars maximum.

We had such a nice stay that our 6 y-o cried when it was time to leave because "he was going to miss the house"! There were six of us staying at Bella's and we had plenty of space. We'd definitely recommend !

Ben e stato oltre la professionalità e cortesia, perfetto. L' abitazione, è ubicata in posizione perfetta tutti i servizi tutti i trasporti e diversi negozi tutti a massimo 10 minuti a piedi. l'abitazione stessa è molto confortevole spazi divisi perfettamente e molto funzionali, soprattutto il barbecue a detta nostra utilissimo, trovato Pronto, con gas attaccato ed attrezzature specifiche. grazie ad amici oltretutto abbiamo recuperato una carne davvero molto buona ed organizzato un pranzo di Pasqua nel cortile a nostra disposizione a dir poco eccellente. ben non ha sbagliato un colpo né mancato una richiesta ed è stato gentile sia nella fase di arrivo che nella fase di partenza. consigliatissimo sotto ogni aspetto sia per la persona che per l'ubicazione che mette a disposizione. sicuramente un riferimento per i nostri futuri soggiorni

Très beau logement avec une vue magnifique. Dans un environnement calme et agréable pas très loin des endroits que nous voulions visiter. Jonathan a toujours été réactif et très clair dans les instructions. Nous avons même eu un panier de bienvenue bien garnie.

Great place to stay. Great location close to the beach, station and everything you need. We stayed for a wedding in the area and the Airbnb was ideal!

The place was very cozy and homey and the hosts were amazing. Catered to every needs.
