Our studio apt has an industrial loft feel, w/garage-door window, exposed pipes & soundproofing. Clean & bright, with dedicated entrance, open floor plan, kitchenette (microwave only) & clawfoot tub/shower. Noise from above is likely. Because of the noise transfer, we are limited to no more than 2 guests at any time. We are in a very quiet neighborhood so it is not a good fit for folks who want to come and go at all hours of the night. Please no smoking or vaping of any kind in/on premises.

The living space is downstairs: two bedrooms, a great room with small fridge, microwave, dining area and living area. There is a private bath. We are close to shopping centers and super places to eat and relax. Nice people of all ages and from all backgrounds are welcome in our home. Well behaved pets are allowed. Lower level of house with separate entrance. 1000 sq. feet with living room, kitchen with eat in area, bedroom and bathroom with large walk-in shower. Patio area with porch swing, very private and a grill for your use. Living room has a fireplace with gas logs and a desk large enough to accommodate working from home. There is also washer and dryer and wifi included. We do accept extended stays and our pricing adjusts with it.
