Five minutes from the E47 - and near the train station - you find this cozy apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a large terrace, a private bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette. If you are more than four people, we have extra mattresses. There is free access to the games room with billiards, table tennis and darts. There is free parking right outside the house, and the town offers a grocery store, pizzeria and grill bar. The Tractor Museum and the Crocodile Zoo are right nearby.

Large family-friendly holiday home, half of the farmhouse on a 4-lane farm. Private garden with a view of the church, and access to a large courtyard. Large natural plot, forest and lake within walking distance. This is ideal for families with children, we have a bathtub, changing area, swing and grass to play on. Behind the plot is the city's small football field. There is a 5-minute drive to the nearest sandy beach, and along the coast countless pearls of the best beaches in Denmark.

Marielyst, located 3 km away, offers ice cream, shopping, and good restaurants.

Skøn ferielejlighed i det naturskønne Nysted. Lejligheden er indrettet i at gammelt bindingsværkshus der stammer tilbage fra 1761. Indrettet med køkken, skøn stue med gammel porcelænskakkelovn, eget badeværelse, hyggelige soveværelse med dobbeltseng, egen udgang til lukket gårdhave. Hyggelig dobbelt alkove, bedst egnet til børn. The cabin is bright and airy with its open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with access to a decked area where you can enjoy the evening sun. It's a short bicycle ride to local shops, a butcher and a variety of restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.

Old Fisherman’s House in city centre

Lodged in the absolute centre of Nykøbing Falster you’ll have a feeling of living in a village two hundred years ago. The house is half-timbered and possibly built in 1777. There is 300 m to the major supermarkets and about 500 m to the waterfront of Guldborgsund. The house is located at the end of a very quiet small cobblestoned strait. You will have access to a small cosy (hyggelig) garden behind the house.
