Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

Alldeles för sig själv, längst bort på vår tomt ligger vår lilla stuga i en skogsglänta. Här är lugnt och tyst. Bara natur och på badrocksavstånd finns en varm badsjö. Hela området genomkorsas av härliga promenadstråk och det är en knapp km ner till havsviken. Herrbret, som vi kallar stugan, har en härlig altan i solläge på framsidan. Allt är fräscht och nybyggt i gammal stil men med modern standard och utrustning. Stugan är avsedd som en skön avkopplande oas för två personer i naturens närhet

Villa Granskugga - Din lugna oas nära stan

Nybyggd Minivilla med lyxig känsla i natursköna områden. Sjö och kanotuthyrning nås på kort promenadavstånd, Tyresta naturreservat ligger inpå husknuten med milslånga vandringsleder och löpspår. Koppla av i bubbelpoolen under stjärnorna. Här andas lugnet medans citypulsen endast ligger 15 minuters bilfärd bort. Utan bil tar du dig istället smidigt in med bussen. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Promenadavstånd till hav och sjö med tre trevliga badplatser lämpliga för barn. Närhet till både Stockholm och skärgård, 25-30 minuter till Stockholm city med bil eller buss från Gustavsberg. Bäst reser du med egen bil. Cyklar finns. Passar även för längre vistelse, det finns arbetsyta och snabbt Wi-Fi så det går bra att jobba "hemifrån". Tvättmaskin.

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.
