Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is ten minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.

Horsehead Lake Lodge Waterfall Cabins are situated along the spillway at Horsehead Lake on Horsehead Creek. This is one of the highest volume waterfalls in all of Northwest Arkansas! This cabin is located 8 miles from the town of Ozark, Arkansas in the Arkansas River Valley. The building is new with a kitchen, large bathroom, and one bedroom. The seating in the living room can also be used as a twin bed. The location is surrounded by old forest and is peaceful and quiet. A good location for kayaking the Mulberry River, swimming at Cove Lake, hiking Mt. Magazine or just resting in the peaceful countryside.
