This historic 19th century cottage in the heart of beautiful Devon is one of the few properties that overlooks the peaceful Grand Western Canal. It sits in its own private spot as a perfect place to use as a launch pad for exploring the rest of the county, as a unique accommodation option if here for an event or work, or as its own blissful vacation spot to rest and recuperate. Whatever you're here for, make sure cream tea is on the menu. The cottage hosts up to four people and is pet friendly.

The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Guests are welcome to swim as much as they like! Year round water temp 28 degrees. On a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill. The farm won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. Working farm, see and feed calves, fruit pick and see our beehives.

Nigel and Maria's vintage Showman's Caravan

Come and stay on the farm in our unique Showman's living van, situated in the heart of Mid Devon, surrounded by wildflower meadows and stunning views across the Devon countryside. The caravan has been renovated with a 1970s charming vintage interior and can comfortably sleep a family of four, with one large double bedroom and two single bedrooms. There is a large lounge with comfy seating and a breakfast bar to sit and enjoy the stunning views and a fully functioning 70s inspired kitchen.

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

We are located between north and south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor and Dartmoor.

The Cider Barn - a perfect place for two

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks.
