Our cozy apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood , perfectly positioned between the capital of Hamilton and stunning South Shore beaches. We are a 25 minute taxi drive from the airport, 5 minute walk to a grocery store/bus stop and 15 minute walk to stunning Elbow Beach. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with tub/shower, kitchen with full size appliances and washer/dryer. There are air conditioners and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room for your comfort .

All South Shore beaches are accessed via steep hills, and there is a steep hill in and out of the neighbourhood. Not an easy walk to a grocery store. Cottage is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, bathroom and living / dining room as well as a private patio area. Nearest beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the bus stop a similar distance. 2 restaurants are within walking distance (The Reefs and Henry VIII). Apartment close to the beaches and amenities....

I am offering a unit consisting of 1 bedroom and separate bathroom in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are so many amenities in my immediate area, bus stops at the end of my lane, 2 grocery stores, a cycle / electric car rental location and a filling station just minutes away. There is also a Pharmacy if you have forgotten to bring an essential item. Please be aware that I have a 3 NIGHT minimum, no exceptions.

Chequers - ocean views at the edge of Hamilton.

Chequers Upper Ocean unit offers a comfortable room with glimpses of the North Shore and the combination of a garden and pool setting on the edge of Hamilton City. The pool is shared with 2 guest units and the owner, who lives in the main house. The entrance to Chequers Ocean is seperate, to the side of the main house. Come and stay where the tree frogs sing you to sleep and the birds serenade you awake.
