The large, north facing sunny bedroom with a sliding door over looks the swimming pool and out towards the expansive tropical gardens and native gully. *Note that a trundler bed can be brought in & is located in the main living space which is subject to noise from little feet above.

Ideal location for those visiting or working at Braemar & Waikato Hospital. Only five minute drive to the CBD, close to supermarkets, all public amenities, cafes and restaurants. Located at the top of hill it is very tranquil environment, perfect after a busy day. If you listen closely you might even hear the lovely sounds of the local Tui.

There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and the unit has full laundry facilities.

It is also more suitable for those with their own car, unless they would like to use the bus.
