We had a fantastic stay! Johanna and her husband were extremely friendly, helpful, and graciously hospitable. We felt very welcomed. They were very responsive to a few requests we had and even made up a futon as an extra bed when asked about sleeping arrangements for my family of five. We had a great time roasting s’mores over a campfire by the pond and my son caught his first fish. Great memories! On our next visit to Fairfield, this will be the first rental I will be looking for.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jonathan’s place, especially because he allowed us to bring our dogs! Comfortable furniture, cool location across from the marina, and a peaceful backyard. Thank you!!

Petra’s house is in the most beautiful spot on a small lake and a stones throw from the beach. This was our second year there and we hope to be back. The house is stocked with everything you need to feel comfortable including great bath products, kitchen, equipment, and toys and books. I never felt uncomfortable in her house. This was a wonderful family week in heaven.

We've stayed at Mae's lovely house several times, in many different seasons, and once again it did not disappoint. Excellent fireplace, comfortable furnishings, nicely equipped kitchen, stylish bathroom. And the gorgeous view of the pond and its abundant birdlife is always a treat. We can't wait for our next visit!

This place is a gem! When we arrived the home was spotless and exactly as pictured. It seemed brand new and in excellent condition. The hosts were very kind and helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine and left bottled water in the fridge. The beds were so comfortable and the home was stocked with everything we needed. Our young kids loved swimming in the beautiful pool and we enjoyed exploring the rest of the picturesque property—so cool to see the wild turkeys walking around. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return one day!

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

We had a lovely stay! Taylor was very kind and helpful throughout the booking process and we just loved her little place! Peaceful and safe location that felt very safe and just a quick walk /bikeride down to the beach to watch the sunset. Thankyou!

Graciela’s home in Shelton was a beautiful and private home with a unique and wonderful style. The house has no other homes to be seen and the yard with the large pond was very relaxing. Graciela offered us early check in but, unfortunately, we weren’t able to get there early. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the home allowed for privacy. We made the most delicious steaks on the indoor charcoal grill. That was a treat! Appliances and cookware were of good quality and that made for easy cooking. We are so happy we found this place that was close to Center Stage where we saw an amazing play (The Last 5 Years). My family drove from Maryland to see their good friends star in this.

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful condo the decor is spotless & the outdoor deck is a huge bonus. Watching the sunset or having coffee in the morning really lade the stay even more relaxing. I cant wait to go back. :)

Nice place exactly what the pictures show .. Super nice host.. but if you are looking for a quiet place. This place is definitely not it. You can hear every move and every sound from the people that live upstairs last night we spent a good few hours hearing a baby cry. Also they have the children’s toys such as a trampoline up against the window of the unityou do park on the street and the owner or tenants whoever lives upstairs parks in the driveways. it’s a very tight walk in between cars in the driveway because they do park a lot of cars in the driveway side-by-side.

Perfect place for our little family to stay while we visited my brother’s family. Easy to find, we were greeted by the host and even had some treats waiting inside. We had to cut our trip short due to my son getting sick, but would definitely stay here again.

My wife and daughter came in for a soccer tournament. Initially it was 4 of us and a dog but we changed it as one of my girls plans got cancelled. Aseem had no issue accommodating the change and refunded the difference. The place worked out great. Thank you.

Great communication. Great space. very beautiful home and outdoors. perfect if you have kids. We used the playground and grill. Very flexible, easy to reach and very friendly.

Our stay was great! It was the cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed in, hands down. Laura was amazing. I felt like she was my mom that had planned for me to come and stay. Everything from the snacks in the unit, to accommodating me with a ride to and from my classes down the street. Laura was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of. I really appreciated her attentiveness to our stay and needs. I would recommend this host and air bnb!

We had a very enjoyable time in the apartment. Everything was as described. Would come back without hesitation.

Ricardo’s place was truly incredible. It’s such a cozy, clean and convenient spot located in a very good area. Had everything you need and have a very home-like feel. I was visiting my girlfriend for our anniversary and the weather wasn’t the greatest outside but that didn’t bother us one bit. We were comfortable cooking and eating at home and we had everything to make that happen. Ricardo and his wife were so kind and flexible with us. We would love to come back in the summertime and fully enjoy their spot again because there are great views in the backyard by the water. Well worth the price of admission. I loved staying at Walter’s place! It was safe for my kids, a nice big back yard! The house was clean, the instructions were clear. Overall it made my stay nice, safe and comfortable! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is adorable, very clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Has a warm "homey" feel from the moment you walk inside. Big windows with lots of natural sunlight and views of the beautiful lake and landscape. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and sitting outside. Robert was a gracious host... very friendly and had excellent communication throughout. We're very happy to have found this place and would definitely stay there again!

We lived our stay at Carey’s place and plan to come back next year. Amazing location if you want to relax and take a few days away from the city. The house is very cozy and comfortable with a great backyard facing the water. Thanks Carey!!

This was our 4th year staying here. It was perfect as always. Thank you to Deborah for sharing this wonderful cottage. It feels like our home away from home. The best sunsets can be seen from the deck!!!

Deb’s place was very peaceful, comfortable, and well appointed. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed the interesting decor and personal style. It felt like staying in your own bed and breakfast. There were so many places to relax, and the front and back porches were so welcoming. The location can’t be beat if you want to check out the local wineries, farmstands, and great restaurants. An easy walk across the street to Peconic Bay, you can see from the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need for cooking. Short ride to markets, farmstands, and Love Lane for shops and restaurants, about 20 minutes to Greenport.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage nestled in a private property, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The host went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering warm hospitality that made me feel truly welcomed. The cottage itself was exactly as depicted in the photos—cozy, clean, and full of character. Nestled in a serene setting, it provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway from the city.
