The Bear Den is a cozy studio with mini kitchen, convectional microwave, portable cooktop, mini frig, full bathroom. In addition to the Queen bed, the couch is a sleeper sofa for 2 additional sleeping spots. The Bear Den features a cathedral knotty pine ceiling! 65" smart tv for your favorite streaming entertainment. This unit also has it own deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking a wooded setting! The common areas on the 23 acres are amazing for a relaxing and/or adventurous getaway!

Sleepy Willow Waterfront 2-Bedroom Cottage

Relax and have fun in this spacious cottage, stocked with everything you need. Waterfront with four kayaks, a paddleboard, a canoe, a row boat, and eight river tubes all available for your use. If you prefer to stay on land, there is a large two person hammock located in the shade of the willow tree, outdoor games, or enjoy the large deck where you can lounge and have a meal. Inside you will find board/card games, dvds, and a ping pong table that can convert to a pool table or air hockey.

Relax at this serene & peaceful lake front cottage. Enjoy your time on the water & relax in the hot tub while soaking up the beautiful sunset. This cottage has a lot to offer whether you enjoy fishing/hiking/kayaking/boating/mountain biking. 2 kayaks included/dock access. Nestled on the banks of the Croton Dam Pond this is a great place to get away and create awesome memories with friends & family. Within 5 miles of the Croton Dam, Hardy Dam, Newaygo State Park, and the Dragon Trailhead.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.

Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.
