After 15 years of working as a singer/songwriter and touring/recording musician, this home was the greatest and most beloved milestone of my young career. I spent my most inspiring creative musical hours here, along with warm sparkling spiced christmas parties and music jams with close friends. It began to feel like a gorgeous and grainy, old wooden instrument. Absorbing and resonating all the sweet sounds from almost 100 years past. I stayed true to the quirky squeak and creak- personality of this "old timer-charm" home, as a friend of mine would say. I hope with all my heart you enjoy it as well, like your favorite pair of beautifully weathered blue jeans. With all the new neighbors rushing into this newly booming area, the off street parking is becoming quite the luxury as well. Plug in and try out the instruments on the walls, if you're feeling inspired or even just curious. Walk to all the wonderful new foodie-approved joints close by. Give my sweet neighbors a wave on your way. They're all pretty amazing. Enjoy!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The area is quiet and still boasts access to downtown just a short six-minute drive away. Venture down and discover iconic bars, restaurants, and music spots. This newly renovated condo includes a living room full of windows and modern-rustic decorations with a pull out couch and a dining table, a patio with comfortable chairs and a table overlooking the courtyard, a fully-functional kitchen with a Keurig coffee-maker and complementary coffee, a comfortable bedroom and tiled bathroom, a washer and drier, and a closet pre-filled with board games for the whole family, all fully stocked with all the blankets and pillows you’d ever need. Guests are welcome to the entire condo and the designated parking space. I am available for questions by text or call, but otherwise I’ll give you space to enjoy your stay! This condo is in the middle of beautiful and historic Germantown, just a block away from First Tennessee Park, Tennessee Capitol, and the Nashville Farmer’s Market. There are endless restaurants and music bars nearby as well. There are a ton of amazing restaurants and activities within walking distance and Germantown is definitely built to walk around in. This condo has a designated parking space as well—so driving will be easy!
