Welcome to "Cabin on Swede Hill". Our family has farmed this land since 1871. My great grandparents, Swan and Johanna Johnson immigrated to America in the 1860's, found this land which was similar to Sweden. They raised their family here. Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. We invite you to come...... and experience country life.

Relax in the studio and private patio with family or invite some friends and park a camper right outside! This unique space offers a full hookup for friends to join! The studio feature a king size bed with a full size mattress that slides underneath. Stay comfortable with AC, electric fireplace, WIFI, TV, gas grill, patio with firepit and hot tub!

Bedroom 2 boasts 2 twin size beds as well as bedroom 3 (2 twin beds). Downstairs has a spacious kitchen & living area with 2 futon beds. Outside a spacious patio with fire pit close by. Home is close to Jollay Orchards & Contessa Wine Cellars. Beautiful St. Joseph and Silver Beach are 20 minutes away.

Welcome to Sand Castles Cottages, Cottage 1. (See all nine at www.airbnb.com/p/scc) We are 1 MILE to two public beaches and are located between St. Joseph & South Haven, MI. Our property is unique in that we have 9 vacation rental cottages on one acre. These little cottages were built between the 1930s-50s and is one of the last properties of this type along Lake Michigan in this area. We have tried to keep the old charm while adding modern amenities.
