Like many old seafront buildings, the shared hallway is a bit tired and awaiting improvements, but the flat itself is spotless, secure and exactly as shown.

An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat.
