The apartment was just renovated with new interior and furniture a few months ago. It is located in the center of 15th district in Paris and 3 minutes by walk from a subway station. Eiffel Tower is 7 minutes by walk. The apartment is at a high floor and has a nice view toward Seine River. The shopping mall called Beaugrenelle is next to the apartment and there are many nice restaurants, Korean, French, Japanese, and Chinese.
