This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

Dicle’s home was the perfect paradise in beautiful Princeville. We couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the house is, the space that we had (both inside and out) and how much we truly felt at home while visiting one of our favorite places to vacation as a family together. The house was beautiful. It actually exceeded my expectations! It was well equipped in the kitchen and she even had beach chairs available for us to use. Of course we loved all the artwork (good job Jordanne) but every thing was well done and tasteful! I hope to go back.

the home was a great and John was very helpful throughout our stay. The instruments onsite were an added bonus as my kids were able to delicately use some of them (one currently in guitar lessons, another in piano) while I played along with my set of harmonicas. Has a heated outdoor shower which is always nice. Didn't need to bring our own beach towels and there was plenty of beach equipment available including chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. As to be expected of a jungle beach side home there are ants, termites, and critters, but none were ever a problem through our 4 night stay. No AC, but that was never a problem. Fans in all the rooms. View from the upper deck is amazing, and every morning we watched the sunrise before going out to the beaches and such. Food around town can close early so being mindful of that can be important if you want some of the best in Hana if not the whole island (braddah hutts and huli huli chicken for starters). overall, highly recommend staying here!

This is a very pleasant, comfortable house - nicely decorated and very functional. Hawi is a very charming and historic small town, off the beaten track and very peaceful, with a main street within walking distance from the house. We also liked the nicely laid out kitchen and the adjacent laundry room. With three grandkids, two at fifteen years and one at seven, we put everything to good use! Throughout our week in the house, Michael, Charlotte, and Maleigha were exceptionally responsive, friendly hosts. We'd love to visit again.

This is a beautiful location with a very calm and serene pond and Koi fish! It has a wonderful porch with lots of chairs, and the bathrooms are fantastic. You are right next to the ocean and can walk right over to experience the waves and the surf. And there is a gate at the end of the driveway that helps you feel secure. It’s a very nice home and I’m glad we chose it!

Great little studio, perfect for my friend and I. patio was private, parking was accessible, air conditioning was great! Thanks so much for having us, would recommend to others looking for a quaint little spot. Would recommend a rental car to get around to local beaches and tour the north end of island.

The location was perfect! The beach was very close and there were many restaurants and shops just down the street. The inside was immaculate and was the perfect stay for my mom, daughter, and myself. There were so many amenities and items that were useful in the house, such thoughtful hosts. We would definitely stay again when we come back.

This Airbnb was very nice and cozy—just what I needed for a little getaway. It had everything I needed, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. A great spot to unwind and recharge. I’d definitely come back!

My grand niece and i had such a wonderful time! Everything was more than we expected. The location couldnt have been better. It was close to all the waterfront of Kona and all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back! Mahalo, for a the great memories!

Pamela’s place exceeded our expectations in the best way. It felt like a hidden gem, and honestly, we tried to extend our stay because we were enjoying it so much! Sadly, it was already booked (no surprise), but Pamela was super communicative and kind throughout, and we totally understood. This place has actually inspired us to build our future home with the same layout! Our check-in situation was a bit unique due to some schedule changes on our end, but Pamela went above and beyond to accommodate us. She made the process seamless, and the directions to get to the “Kula Jewel” were spot on—no guesswork needed. Pamela was kind enough to meet us in person and personally show us how to use the hot tub. Although we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hot tub or pool this time around(amazing ocean and Maui valley views from here too!,) we’re already planning our next staycation and will definitely make the most of them then. This Airbnb is exactly as described! Beautiful, remote and private, but with a local feel. You are out of town enough that there is no service (but wifi is excellent, just make sure to have your GPS on prior to leaving the house). The neighborhood you’re in is filled with friendly locals. You feel safe, the type of safe to leave the door unlocked or have the screen door open to let the natural air in. The host recommendations of what to do on the island is really what made our experience. What is on the list is only things that a true local would know to do- beats any tourist guide you can find. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

WOW!! What a unique, beautiful, and serene place to stay! I can’t say enough good things. The garden and entire property was immaculate. We picked fresh oranges and a mango to eat, right from the yard. My husband loved the outdoor kitchen. Howard was hands down the best Airbnb host we’ve ever experienced. He was proactive with communications, super quick response time, and gave the BEST recommendations. He greeted us upon arrival and was so generous with his time. He gave us a tour of the entire property and walked us to a nearby beach and ocean overlook spot so we knew where to go. Thanks to Howard, we were able to experience the perfect timing and place to view Kilauea erupting. This Airbnb had every little detail covered - beach supplies & chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, flashlights (use for nighttime Volcano National Park hikes!), and more. The outdoor bathhouse with ocean views was the cherry on top. Thank you Howard! We are so grateful we chose your place!

The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Pluses: king size bed, ground floor, keyless entry, next door to the pool (of which we were 2 of 8-10 people using it on a daily basis - no fighting for loungers here!), microwave, coffee maker, two dorm style fridges - honestly the list goes on and on. There weren't any negatives. The location in Kapa'a was also ideal for travel up to the north coast and local adventures which there are many! We enjoyed Napali Brewing for poke bowls and beer, Paradise Bakery for malasadas (filled donuts), and Al Pastor food truck for fish tacos. We spent a day in Poipu, which almost everyone we talked with recommended, but we found it overcrowded, loud, and the crowd kind of aggressive - we saw two people almost come to blows on the beach (not my idea of a peaceful vacation). We much preferred the location of Tom's condo, it's a quieter, more relaxing area. Everyone we encountered was kind/considerate.

It's a great place. It's so close to the beach, big enough for a family, and has a full kitchen with sauce and seasoning so we can cook simple food for the kids. They have most beach supplies, like chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. It helps us save money on rentals.

Trung was a great host. He was very accommodating when our other reservation fell through at the last minute. The home was clean, comfortable, and nice. It was well stocked and had many extras that helped us to feel more at home. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of storage. The air-conditioning untis worked great and cooled off very quickly! The home is close to may retail establishments. The view of the ocean at sunset was amazing! One bathroom with 7 people was a challenge, but the extra half bath helped immensely. Would definitely rent here again when visiting the Big Island!

It was a beautiful spot, and the town of Pahoa was lovely. I loved the Bananarama Bakery nearby!! We were only there for an afternoon and left extremely early the next day but it was a beautiful visit!

Thank you Stephanie for a great stay in Kona! The place was easy to get to and parking was nice to have right outside for lugging all the goodies purchased on the trip. I loved the open space and it felt right at home. The whole street they live on is so beautiful on the drive down to town you can see the ocean and there are so many beautiful pua trees. Thank you Stephanie for being so friendly and for providing the space in pristine condition!

Really enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place! Very central location yet very peaceful and full of beautiful nature. Every activity we booked was 10-15 mins away from the home. It was only four of us so we had more than enough space in this home. Definitely a great home for a big group!

We loved our time at this house. It’s set on a beautiful, lush property very convenient to everything on the Kona side of the island. The house was clean and very comfortable. There were tons of beach recreation supplies and the hot tub was a welcome addition! Adam was really responsive and had some great suggestions in the guest book. There’s a neighbor dog that barks in the morning, so that may wake you up if you’re a light sleeper, but otherwise this was a great place to stay while exploring the island.
