The overall experience was good. Michelle had very good communication throughout the process. Check-in was very easy when we arrived. Th unit (2 bedroom) was clean and fairly well equipped. We cooked in several dinners and I had to improvise some but the unit had all the basics I needed. The bedrooms were spacious and once weekly housekeeping service was included to change the sheets, towels, etc so that was very nice and helpful. This Westin location is very easy for families and the pools and beaches were great. There is easy snorkeling right in front of the Westin and even though it was a holiday week during New Year's it didn't feel too crowded. Parking is free and the location is very close to Lahaina town for shopping and restaurants and also Whalers Village shopping. The Westin has a shuttle that runs to both these locations and their other properties so that was also helpful. Overall, I do recommend this location and Michelle's property for a stay in Maui. Only one thing to note about the set up of the 2 bedroom is that there is a little entry and then the unit has a large studio bedroom + sofa + small kitchen + bathroom on one side with its own door/entrance and then the other side has the one bedroom + living area+ larger kitchen + larger bath. This worked great for us as we had 2 teenagers and put them in the studio but if you have young children you might not want them completely separate from you (although I guess you could prop the doors open to each unit).

Kristin was extremely helpful and responsive. The location of her place is incredible! Right near the beach, on the beautiful Beachwalk and close to great food and shopping. The açaí bowls at tropical tribe down by the water are easily the best tasting and value in town! We were very pleased with our stay.

Ken was super helpful when booking. There was no need to contact him for our stay, as the staff were very accommodating. Our view and stay was beyond expectations. Definitely would love to book again in the future.

I have never been in such clean facilities, amazing staff and beautiful location. To access the beach, you have to walk up and down a steep hill. Not central to Kailua-Kona. If you want to mostly stay on the resort, this place is amazing. However, if you want restaurants/coffee shops/ beaches that are easily accessible by foot, this is not the ideal place. Rental car is a must. Mahalo for the hospitality!

Perfect place: swimming pool, spa, clean beach and great restaurants around. The room has balcony with amazing view!

Great place... You feel like you are in the place to be in 1970... The Hotel was very clean and upkept even though a little outdated. Rooms where clean and updated, comfortable mattresses. Pool and Beach were awesome!!! Scott was great to work with and communications was great. Definitely recommended!

Please be aware the checkout ti.e is at 10am not 12pm. Kinda put a crimp in things but all in all a great spot with all the anemities of home

I was very pleased with our stay, our place was very clean, and well taken care of.

We’ve stayed at the Westin Kaanapali twice now and it’s been great every time.

We had a wonderful time in beautiful Kauai. The place was located in a great place and had great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The one thing that we really appreciated was we check d out at 11:00 but We had a late flight. So they let us come back at 6 to shower and change after our last day in Kauai. Very helpful and so appreciative. Thank you.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The place was spacious, clean and we had a really beautiful view of the ocean. We felt like we were taking a bit of a risk since there wasn't a ton of ratings yet but the place was one of our favourites while staying on the Big Island. The staff here were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, we went to the close by beaches and then spent time exploring further away places. The kitchen had everything you need and was spotless. I would say they could get a new blender that worked a bit better but that is really all. The place felt very clean overall. The insuite laundry was a huge perk as well. Overall I would say this was a 9/10 for expectation vs reality. The pools looked great but we spent most of our time at the beaches. We will be back here for sure.

We really enjoyed this beautiful spot - great location and nice amenities. My only complaint is that the wifi was a bit weak, which improved after calling for service.

Abby and Charles were very helpful when I needed to make last minute changes to a last minute reservation. The room was great and spacious. The location was phenomenal for our needs. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Access to all excellent resort amenities of the Marriott Ko Olina without the extra resort / expensive parking fees. Very clean and spacious 2 bedroom flat including laundry, dishwasher and kitchen basics. Excellent. Pro tip: ignore the Marriott Vacation people at the Welcome Center trying to get you in a 2 hour sales pitch on Marriott timeshare packages

Best location and resort, book it! We got a great deal last min. This resort is really quiet, right on the water and is an older crowd so it feels more private and not as busy. The one bedroom has plenty of room for 2 adults with 2 kids. Full kitchen too and comfortable bed. We even had a partial view. It’s also right behind the market and shops, so super convenient. It also has miles of boardwalk out front. Beautiful sunrises. The only con with this company is if you request, and even if they tell you they are full, you need to remove the request, because if something comes available in that 24hrs they will automatically book and charge you non refundable. This was a problem since we had 2 places booked and didn’t know it, it all worked out. But definitely something to watch for. Other than that is was amazing and we would definitely book again.

General timeshare booking so hosts are not involved much, you deal with the resort basically after time of booking. The price was good, resort itself could use some updates in rooms and upkeep around the property in places but overall I would stay again. Location was great quiet but close to main Kona town.

This is a great value place to stay in Princeville. The pool and bbq area was great. The condo has everything you need and was very clean
