Miller's Cottage is located next to our 16th century watermill and award winning tearoom (Hele Cornmill). Evening/morning use of teagarden and putting shed areas. Ideal for families : children can have a go at milling flour in the mill and have a go at counting the wooden mice and millstones. 5 min walk to Hele's dog friendly beach and a dog/family friendly pub serving good food. There are lots of walks from the cottage either on the South West Coastal Path or into the hills of Berrynarbor.

Our house is approximately 250 years old and ‘the annexe’, is a cosy one bedroom, first floor apartment, with private entrance. We’ve paid attention to detail, so you can enjoy luxurious hotel quality linen and art and decor from local artists and artisan makers. The annexe is a couple of minutes walk from the harbour and plenty of great independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The flat has it's own small garden at the front, with great views over the harbour, and a small courtyard off of the living room with pot plants and herbs growing for your culinary use when dining in.

Sitting in prime position on the coastal path on the quiet side of the harbour, the cottage overlooks the beach and lifeboat station. Boasting a large terrace, it’s a great spot to watch the world go by and, if you’re lucky, a lifeboat launch. Manor Cottage is a traditional home with modern features and a very well equipped kitchen. Garage parking included.
