The Settlers cabin is located 21 miles from Asheville and 12 miles from Chimney Rock State Park. It is located on 9 acres of private property with Mountain View’s all around. A very private setting with a .5 mile concrete paved driveway, one lane. A great way to get your morning or evening walk in. Apple orchards and nature all around. Wifi Hi speed 370+ &Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom is located in the loft a common area with a queen size and a full size bed both accessible from the stairs.

The bedroom has a King size bed with a Zinus mattress. The bedroom and living room are equipped with Samsung TVs and Roku devices. We have provided Netflix, ESPN, Hulu, and Disney +. Welcome to our cozy studio complete with a private entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and Keurig, and the king-size bed features a medium-firm mattress for a restful night's sleep. This studio is in our basement. You might hear our dogs or footsteps sometimes since our bedrooms are right above. We do our best to keep noise down, especially when we’re home. We can't wait to host you & making your stay as comfortable as possible!
